Construction work of Gram Dadari me Baijnath Prajapati House to Khutbhar Main Road Distt Gorakhpur in FY 2025-26 With 05 Year Maintenance Lot No 3 of 3

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirment of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

(A) By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401 (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing, laying and spreading WBM Graded material on a prepared sub base, cement @ 4% by weight to the spread material manualy, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub base. as per MORD Technical Speicification Clause 401(GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.35 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous surfaces as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness, composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates and using Bitumen VG-10, to required line, grade and leval to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Providing and laying seal coat type C, composed of as chipping of 6.7mm size passing 100% passing 9.5 mm sieve and retained on 2.36 mm sieve and VG-10 Bitumen, to seal the voids in a bitumenous surface, including its mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller, finished to required level, grades and cross fall, as per Technical Specification Clause 508. (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads trasportion to site spreding grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 as per Technical specification Clause 303.1 (3.14) (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable) For Patri work

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out,, construction of shoring and bracing ,removal of stums and other deleteriousb material and disposal upto a lead of 50m dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. (GSTshall be paid extra as per applicable)
