Replacement of mechanical components of 5000 GPH x 300 meter head pump motor set installed at pumping station Tandar stage-0 by way of disconnecting of all electrical connections, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame, suction and delivery, carrying pump-motor set from pumping station to road side by way of head load and then to work shop by mechanical transportation. Dismantling of unit and extraction of internal assembly followed by replacement of shaft with a new shaft together with turning and finishing work. Replacement of wornout impellers 4 nos., neck rings 11 nos., diffusers 3nos., diffuser bushes-4 nos., shaft protection sleeve 2nos., gland plate-2nos. , check nut 2 nos., DE and NDE bearings and thrust plate with corresponding new components and material conforming to size and specifications as per old sample. Assembling the unit and shifting pumping unit back to pumping station by using mechanical transport, manual labour, tools and tackles. Lowering of pump on base frame, Coupling pump motor set after making proper leveling and alignment, securing with base frame, connecting with suction and delivery complete with nuts, bolts, gaskets, gland packing, greasing work etc. The job also covers replacement of damaged 3” dia cast iron check valve and 3” dia cast iron sluice valve together with connected flanges on delivery side with new valves of cast steel, of same size and rating as per old sample together with new compatible pipe flanges, nuts, bolts and gaskets including cutting, welding, grinding work for extraction of old flanges and fixing of new flanges. Testing the complete system on no and full load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, manual carriage etc. (complete Job).
