Demolishing stone masonry / granites counter / shelves in cement motor manually / by mechanical means including stacking useful stones within 50 metres lead, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Useful stones to be handed over to user department.
Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) and including stacking material and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 10 kilometre outside HAL, after making temporary proetction for existing service lines, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolishing brick work with cement mortar manually / by mechanical means, after disconnecting the electrical service and AC lines if any, including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 10 kilometre outside HAL, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolishing RCC work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 10 kilometre outside HAL, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars, after making temporary proetction for existing service lines, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, base plates, foundation bolts, anchor bolts, nuts, by cutting rivets, welding at all heights with necessary supports during activity at site, including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: All the usefull steel materails to be handed over to user department as per the instructionof EIC.
Dismantling G.I Sheet roofing / canopy, etc., including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters along with nuts, bolts, rivets, etc., at all heights with necessary supports during activity and stacking the material within 50 metres as per construction site location, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:All the dismantled materails to be handed over to user department as instructed by EIC.
Dismantling CI / asbestos rain water pipe / PVCpipes upto 100mm dia with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead or as per site condition, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas in all kinds of soft / hard soil for foundations, footings, column pedestals or members as per the drawing or as per directions of EIC, etc., (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.50m in width as well as 10 Sq m on plan) including removal of vegetation and in-equalities, shoring, strutting for protecting the sides of foundation if required, removing slips or falls in excavation, forming steps in sides of deep excavations and their removal or covering up, levelling, ramming the bottom of excavation, getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m for all lifts with all labour, tools & tackles, plant & machinery, hire & fuel charges, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Returning / Filling in available useful excavated earth (excluding rock) free from salts, organic or other deleterious matter (Other than black cotton soil & rock, etc.,) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations, etc., in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by watering, breaking / removing clods exceeding 50mm, ramming and consolidation, etc., with all labour, tools & tackles, plant & machinery, etc., lead up to 50m and lift upto 1.50m, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing / transporting the surplus excavated earth including debris, vegetation waste, concrete waste, etc., to a distance upto 5000m from HAL premises to contractor's own yard including loading, unloading, depositing, spreading, levelling, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction / laying of granular sub-base (G.S.B) With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075mm) having CBR Value-30 by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, etc., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer in-Charge.
Providing, mixing and laying in position cement concrete (1:3:6) derived from natural sources of required thickness using 20mm down graded hard stone / granite aggregate in accordance with IS 456 in all works up to plinth level, including mechanical mixing, transporting, vibrating, consolidation, levelling, curing, dewatering if any, all materials, labour, lead & lift, tools, plant & machinery, keeping concrete well wetted during the curing period and protecting it in extreme weather conditions, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, mixing and placing plain cement concrete (1:2:4) of required thickness using 20mm nominal size down graded hard stone / granite aggregate in accordance with IS 456 in Cills, fillets, coping, etc., upto floor five level, including formwork, mechanical mixing, transporting, vibrating, consolidation, levelling, curing, dewatering if any, all materials, labour, lead & lift, tools, plant & machinery, keeping concrete well wetted during the curing period and protecting it in extreme weather conditions, etc., but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete for all work up to plinth level including flooring/Plinth with ratio of (1:2:4), etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched M25 Grade with minimum cement content of 350 kg/m3 design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, PortlandPozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, consolidation, levelling, curing, scaffolding, all materials, labour, carriage for all leads & lifts; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Site design mix to be obtained from Govt. / NABL laboratory for site batching concrete. (ii) Small quantity is as approved by EIC in volumetric proportion.

Supplying, straightening, fabricating (cutting & bending), placing in position and binding steel reinforcement of TMT bars of not less than Fe 500 D conforming to IS 1786 for all concrete reinforcment members / works above/below plinth level, including cutting to length, bending to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia or securing with clips, including fixing and bracing, wastage, welding, supporting or otherwise holding firmly in position so that the placing and ramming of concrete will not displace it, etc., complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: a) Only authorized laps, chairs etc. shall be considered for measurement. b) The exposed Reinforcement bars shall be coated with cement slurry.
Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100mm upto 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns / floors and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades / balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:The item to be operated during flooring work on already existing surface.
Providing and fixing MS grills with mesh of required pattern to steel windows / walls / in frames of windows, ventilators, etc., and approved design using MS structurals such as MS flats, angles, round / square bars, etc., including necessary cutting, welding, embedding in concrete, masonry etc., including priming coat with approved steel primer, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing of Structural steel work in riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses, rafters, purlins, base plates, MS plates, chequered plate, anchor bolts nuts and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of enamel paint for structural steel surface, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing of approved size / design by welding, etc., made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates, etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts, etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-Charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners, etc.,), etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:The item to be operated for door area towards northside acess.
Providing and fixing expansion hold fasteners upto 10mm dia on CC / RCC / Brick masonry surface backing including drilling necessary holes and the cost of bolt of Wedge expansion type, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing fire resistant door frame of section [143 x 57]mm having built in rebate made out of 16 SWG G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/Sq m) duly filled with vermuculite based concrete mix,suitable for mounting 60 minutes fire rated door shutters. The frame is fitted with intumuscent fire seal strip of size [10 x 4]mm (minimum) alroundthe frame and fixing with dash fastener of approved size and make, including applying a coat of approved brand fire resistant primer, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing 50mm thick glazed fire resistant door shutters of 60 minutes fire rating conforming to 1S:3614 (Part-II), tested and certified as per laboratory approved by Engineer-in-charge, with suitable mounting on door frame, consisting of vertical styles, lock rail, top rail 100 mm wide, bottom rail 200mm wide, made out of 16 SWG G.I.sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/Sq m) duly filled FR insulation material and fixing with necessary stainless steel ball bearing hinges of approved make, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (panneling to be paid for separately).
Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions, etc., with GI beading made out of 1.60mm thick GI sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/Sq m) of size [20 x 33]mm screwed with M4 x 38mm SS screws at distance 75mm from the edges and 150mm c/c, including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer / powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of [5 x 20]mm size, etc., complete in all respect as per NBC 2016, IS 16231 (Part 3):2016 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with glass of required thickness having 60 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW60) and minimum 20 minutes of insulation (EI20). The manufacturer have to give test report / certification of fire glass and the glass should have the stamp showing the value of E, EW & El. The glass shall be tested in approved NABL accredited lab or by any other accreditation body which operates in accordance with ISO/IEC 17011 and accredits labs as per ISO / IEC 17025 for testing and calibration scopes shall be eligible.
Providing and fixing panic bar/ latch (Double point) fitted with a single body, Trim Latch & Lock on back side of the Panic Latch of reputed brand and manufacture to be approved by EIC, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, fixing, testing and commissioning single socketed pipes of 110mm dia, on wall face / in floors unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes of 6 kg/cm² SWR grade and of approved make conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing together with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion and all necessary fittings & specials, bends, branches, sockets, clamps, pipe cutting and wastages, cutting and making good the walls / floors, connecting to existing lines, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets for side cladding / walls sheeting, chajja / projections / canopy, etc., (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per Sq m as per |S: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size [5.50 x 55]mm with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing pre-painted galvalume steel sheet roofing accessories of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with with AZ150 (min 150 gm/m2 total on both side), pre-painted with Ultra Durable Polyester (UDP) Colorbond XRW quality paint, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling / self tapping screws, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, applying and laying cement mortar (1:6) plastering 15mm thick on brick / solid blocks / concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth with trowel for Interna l /External walls, etc., including supply and fixing of hexagonal chicken mesh minimum 150mm wide having opening [20 x 20]mm of 26 gauge at juncitons of concrete & brick work or between different material, including making grooves as per the requirement not exceeding 10mm width and not exceeding 10mm deep with necesary materials, labour, scaffolding, curing, tools and tackles, etc., at all heights, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, applying and laying 18mm thick cement plaster work in two coats for external areas as directed. First coat 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:5) made rough to recieve top coat, second coat 6mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) , final surface finished with a floating coat of neat cement after necessary preparation of surface, at all levels including supply and fixing of hexagonal chicken mesh minimum 150mm wide having opening [20 x 20]mm of 26 gauge at juncitons of concrete & brick work or between different material, with necesary materials, labour, scaffoldings, curing, tools and tackles, plants, etc., threading if any, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting newly plastered interior surfaces with two coats of premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams / litre conforming to IS 15489, of approved make, brand, colour and texture, shade, tint, manufacture & pattern at all levels including non-reflective paint whereever required, etc., including preparing the surface by removing loose dirt and any organic growth, smoothening the surface by using suitable emery paper, filling crevices and finishing even and smooth by providing and applying white cement based putty of suitable thickness in 2 coats of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface and followed by the applying priming coat with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content With water thinnable cement primer on applied putty having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre, necessary scaffolding, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting newly plastered external surfaces with two or more coats applied at 1.43 litre / 10 Sq m / as per manufacturer specifications of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 grams / litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint with silicon additives of approved make, colour, shade, tint & pattern at all levels, over and including a coat of approved acrylic primer including preparing the surface by removing loose dirt and any organic growth, filling of cracks, necessary scaffolding, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The paint shall have anti-algal, anti-fungal, UV resistant & anti-tarnishing qualities with 100% acrylic base and silicon or elastomeric additives.
Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in Floorings / roads / taxi tracks / runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, providing dowel bars with sleeve / tie bars wherever required, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators / Vaccum dewatering process, levelling to required slope / camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction / expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50mm deep) by groove cutting machine, providing and filling joints with approved joint filler and sealants, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Item of joint fillers, sealants, dowel bars with sleeve/ tie bars to be paid separately). Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) including transportation to site in transit mixer.
Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.) Note: The joints should be of dimension of 25mm width X 25mm depth
Providing and fixing aluminium work for windows fixed shuttering for sliding window frames and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 andIS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket, etc., Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required cluding cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, CP brass / stainless steel screws, etc., all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)
Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/Sq m in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions, etc., with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket, etc., complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and fixing in position factory insulated sandwich panel of 80mm thick for Roofing with facings made up of pre-painted galvalume, not less than 0.50mm thick (TCT) on top and 0.50mm thick on the bottom with 550 Mpa yield strength. The core material shall be made up of rigid polyisosyrene foam (PIF) conforming to IS 12436 and of density around 40 ± 2 kg/m³ fixed with self tapping screws incuding necessary supplementary fittings, butyl tape, joint fillers, joint laps, making provision for accessories, necessary cutouts/openings, supports for joinery as required, etc., along with the PUF end caps and all exposed surfaces are protected with masking 80mm Thk core PIR and 120mm Thk overall thickness include crest, etc., all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Refer detailed technical specifications. (ii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of all overlaps,wastages and cutting to the shape asper electrical fixtures like fan,light etc. (iii) A performance guarantee bond for 5 years for leak proof roofing shall be given by the contractor on non-judicial stamp paper for a value of Rs. 500/-. The 10% of completed value of this item shall be dedcuted as defect liability deposit and the same shall be returned after sucessful completion of 5 years from the date of completion of contract / project as a whole.
Supplying and fixing Motorized GI rolling shutter of approved make and made of approximate size of shutter [4.70 X 4.50]m. The curtain shall be constructed from Tata Bluescope / JSW 150 gsm single skinned galvalume steel laths with natural finish of minimum 1.25mm thickness and interlocking distance of min 75mm. Side guides shall be made of minimum 2 or 3.15mm thick heavy duty TG Galvanised steel, as per the site requirement, along with necessary fixtures like cleats (spacing shall not exceed 0.75m) or supports brackets for attachments to the walls or column by screws or bolts and necessary seals. The size of the guide channels shall be conforming to Is:6248-1979. Single piece G.I. Earthing
Supply, providing and Fixing Cast Iron Pipe earth station confirming to IS 3043 complete with 2750mm long, 100 mm Inner Dia(ID),13mm thickness CI Pipe, with 2 part clamp made out of G I flat 50 x 6 mm continuously welded around the pipe using cast iron welding electrodes as per drawing. The cost also incudes excavation for earth pit, providing & laying homogenous mixture of charcoal lumps, salt & sand all around the pipe as per specification, supplying and fixing of RCC Collar of size 450 mm dia, 450 mm height and 50 mm thick over Cement concrete base of minimum size 150mm width & 100mm thick all around below collar shall be provided using 1:2:6 CC after necessary excavation, refilling of soil, consolidating, ramming, leveling of soil etc., supplying & fixing the label board(MS Plate of size 300mmx200mmX2mm) welding to the electrode complete as per specification, std drawing, instructions of EIC.
Supply, fixing & connecting the 50X6mm size G.I strip on wall / clamping to the existing duct wall / fixing on steel structures/ laying 2 ft. below the ground level with necessary excavation, concrete cutting & re-concreting, refilling, consolidation & levelling of soil after laying for interconnection between the earth pits and the LT panels earthing as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Excavation, concrete cutting & re concreting will be measured separately

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan). Including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil & refilling the same soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, with in a lead of 50m.
