Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade,camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50 metre and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at Optimum Moisture Content and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401. For Grading II Material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requ Indian Standard Institute te type of screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting with Vibratory Roller to the required density with Grading-I.Using Screening Type-A(13.2 millimetre Aggregate).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requ Indian Standard Institute te type of screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting with Vibratory Roller to the required density with Grading- II.Using Screening Type-B (11.2 millimetre Aggregate).

Proving and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of grading 2, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction for 50/75 millimetre compacted thickness with 3.4 percent VISOCITY GRADE-30 bitumen using 80 Tonne per Hour Batch Mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, Sensor Paver, Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment.

Providing and constructing 75 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone metal layers 30 percent crusher broken metal and 70 percent Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of VISOCITY GRADE-30 grade at 2 kilogram per square metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 metric tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete including picking of existing WBM surface.

Providing and constructing 50 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone metal layers 30 percent crusher broken metal and 70 percent Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of VISOCITY GRADE-30 grade at 1.75 kilogram per square metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 metric tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete including applying tack coat at the rate of 0.30 kilogram per square metre on existing bitumen surface.

Providing and Laying Open Graded premix surfacing 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 millimetre to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction,using VISOCITY GRADE-30 Bitumen,including providing and laying seal coat, sealing voids in a bituminious surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type”A”seal coat but excluding prime / tack coat, using Bitumen VISOCITY GRADE-30 bulk bitumen, drum mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition using Ordinary Paver, with Vibratory roller.

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boiler on Black Top surface at 2.50 Kilogram per 10 Square Metre using VISOCITY GRADE-30 grade bulk bitumen.

Watering and compacting of embankment formed of materials obtained from the road cutting, within a lead of 50 metre, not less than 97 percent of standard proctor density after laying them in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre with power roller.

Providing hard murum side shoulder including supplying hard murum at the road site, including spreading and compacting for sidewidth layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering etc complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-2 class of 800 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.
