Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, precast concrete articles etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and ,complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and including removal of debris and rubbish from the site complete all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces including rendering on fins, fascias, chajja, parapets etc and finishing the surfaces even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls. complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying Two coats of wheather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer premium quality complete all as specified

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6.0 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 etc complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains etc complete all as specified.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

S&F SFRC manhole/drain cover 75 mm thick factory made with plain surface as per requirement including 75 X1.5 mm flat iron frame all around the cover complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing precast cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified.

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking plat forms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) us ing marble dust with admix ture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for

S&F mild steel in framed work as in doors or steel gates of tubular section, angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 with )using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of flooring etc complete all as specified.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified

M&L for providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved , design & pattern as in footpath , parks , lawns,drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength , thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand , compacting and proper embedding/laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator,filling joints with sand andcutting of paver block as per required size and pattern,finishing and sweeping extra sand. Complete all as specified

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for 22-25 mm thick chequered designer coloured tiles (matt/glass finish), size, colour and shape as approved by GE, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match etc complete all as specified as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 with using (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in pavement/Hardstanding complete all as specified.

M&L Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 65 mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound grade 'A'. Complete all as speicified.

Informatory boards : Providing and fixing in repair retro reflectorised informatory sign boards with information both side made out of high intensity grade setting fixed over aluminium sheet 1.5 mm thick, framed on 25 X25 stainless steel square hollow section and fixed by 8mm round Stainless steel bar to stainless steel tubes 40mm medium grade 1.20 m long and embeded in the ground size 30x30x45 cm of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and necessary excavation etc for size 1.20 X 0.90m complete all as directed.

M&L for removal of blokage in sewage line between manholes of various sizes by any means by using Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No, Kambore 1075 up-01 Nos Retriever 150 including removing Rugs of any type, dirt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No & Retriever 150 etc complete. (ii) The lines measured once can not measured again within three months, if block in the same lines re-occure with in three months the contractor has to remove the blockage and shall not be paid extra for this (iii) Minimum two persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days for attending the complaints of Sewage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 20 hours except on holidays, the recovery @ Rs 100/- per complaint shall be made from contractors dues. (iv) All the above machineries shall be procured and shall be deposited in complaint cell of AGE B&R within 20 days on commencement of the work

M&L for removal of blokage of soil/waste pipes WC, WHB,Bottle Trap, Floor Trap etc running on external wall of buildings, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of manhole upto 1 m depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 33 here-in-before but exceeding 1m and not exceeding 2m in depth.

Dewatering, cleaning and removal of all scale, dirt etc for PVC tanks, capacity 500 &1000 Ltrs by using following:- (a) Dewatering and cleaning with mechanized process. (b) Scrubing all internal surface of tank by steel wool with using specialized solution like swipe pro etc to remove all scale and dirt. (c) Clean all Scales and dirt by using vaccum cleaner. (d) Finally clean the tank and mouth of circulating pipes etc with clean water.Marking with white paint on tank 'Date of cleaning water tank; Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC tank lid (cover) suitable for 500/1000 litres capacity water tank with hinged and hooked fixing by steel screw for existing PVC water tank on buildings, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down wall panelling and similar work all as specified.

S&F for solid colour wood grain printed PVC sheets 5mm thick as in wall panelling inclusive of solvent cement incl necesssary PVC frame work for fixing on brick or concrete wall as per specification and drawing.

S&F 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35mm for wall paneling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC Frame as per specification and drawing.
