Design, fabrication, supply and installation of illuminated signage board as per technical specifications, to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. All exterior signs should be manufactured considering harsh outdoor conditions, weatherproofing techniques and materials shall be used. Sign Box The sign box shall be made in 4mm thick Aluminium composite panel in specified blue colour RAL 5013. Router cut, grooved and folded to achieve the desired shape and fixed with the internal frame structure. Sign Face The sign face shall be made in 4mm thick Aluminium composite panel in specified blue colour RAL 5013, provided with backlit LED lighting and shall have laser cut profiles to receive milky white 3mm thick poly carbonate sheet from back. All panels fixed using counter sunk screws. Internal Sign Structure Aluminum frame of 50mm x 25mm x 2mm shall be provided. Rectangular pipe to be provided inside the boxing & to screw the structure and make it rigid and to be fixed to the wall surface/ support structure to receive the sign face. Lighting Signboard shall be uniformally illuminated with adequate No. of LED strip/ Modules with LED life not less than 50,000 hrs with suitable rated weather proof driver (IP 67) to achieve required illumination level, suitable for 220 VAC operation input source to give constant brightness for all current variation, Cost to include all internal connections and Wiring, terminating and connecting the incoming cable laid by Airport contractor at the site. Accessories: Providing and fixing all accessories such as thimbles,end connectors, nut-inserts, screws, rivets, bolts, washers, nuts, etc.complete as required.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer with enamel painting all complete etc. as required.
Dismantling of the existing sign boards and transporting the same to AAI stores.
