Improvement of Road from Basudev Chhak towards Biju Pattnaik Stadium, Ward No. 02 in Kendrapara Municipality

Earth work in all kinds of soil with in 50mtr initial lead and 1.50mtr initial lift including rough dressing backing clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers to not exceeding 0.30mtr in depth and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub-base grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compactcting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including cost and conveyance of materials T&P etc

Providing & Laying B.U.S.G.of 75mm thick in two layers 37.5mm thick each layer using tack coat @ 3.0kg/10 sqm and 25mm to 40mm size B.H.G.C.B.metal of 0.45cum & 12.0kg of bitumen for 10 sqm in each layer with 0.12 cum of 12mm size B.H.G.C.B.chips as key stone per 10sqm and laying & bitumen & materials after cleaning the road surface including cost,conveyance,royality of all materials & cost of T& P, labour charges etc complete.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-30 including cleaning the existing bituminous surface, removal of binding materials with wire brush, etc. complete including cost conveyance royalty of all materials and cost of all labour etc. complete

Labour for laying 20mm thick Premix Carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hox mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

RProviding and laying 6mm thick precoated Seal Coat type B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size granite chips and 6.8 kg of penetration grade bitumen per 10 sqm and rolling with PRR including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials, cost of labour including hire and running charges of PRR etc. complete.
