Milling of distress bitumenous layer upto 70mm depth in a single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @ 200&300 sqm of area per hr) fitted with loading conveyer of loading the filled material directly on the trucks i/c hauling and stock pilling the reclaiming to bring to required specification to reuse with the approval of engineer - in - charge for safe disposal; with all leads and lifts complete in all respect as directly by Engineer - in- charge. *Note : The unutilized quality of reclaimed bituminous mix material shall be recovered.

Providing & laying DBM using the reclaimed to the extent of appropriate required quanity after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenation as required, grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 519. (5th revision) 2013 using appropriate binder (minimum bitumen's 4.50% i/c bitumen retrieved material as per job mix formula) using 100-200 TPH batch type hot mix plant with approprite arrangement for use of R.A.P. appropriable rollars and with hydraulic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade. If bitumen required more than 4.50% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be paid extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Recovery of material obtained from dismantling of existing bituminous layer has been calculated taking assumption that 80% of the theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantling material can be used in any other item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specification) after approval from the employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. Assuming recovery of 50% residue of Bitumen.

Repair of pot holes by Wet Mix Macadam material by removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, compacting base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with wet mix macadam material by manual means as per clause 406, compacting with roller 8-10T, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.

Supply, placing and compacting readymade cold bituminous pothole patching mix in accordance with IRC : 116-2014 Specifications in 50 Kg Plastic - lined sturdy bags with 10 Km. average lead for supply and 20 Km average lead for placement. Mix Shall contain at least 5.6 % MC-800 Cut-back bitumen and suitable anti-stripping agent. Mix shall be workable and usable for at least 6 months. All 50 Kg. bags shall be transported to a storage facility designated by the Engineer. Since the mix contains volatile kerosene, sealed bags shall not be stored in a closed building or warehouse. No open flame or smoking shall be permitted near the stored mix.

Providing and laying granular sub-base material having P.I. not more than 6 including spreading in layers not exceeding 150 mm compacted thickness and consolidation by 8-10 tonne power roller to required camber and grade including cost of water and hire charges of machinery including T&P with all lead (Compacted thickness to be measured).as per MoRTH specification table 400-1, 400-2, For Grading V Material

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface, with bitumen emulsion RS-1 as per IS : 8887 & manufacturer’s specifications @ 2 kg /10sqm. With a self propelled or towed bitumen pressure sprayer equipped for spraying the material uniformly at specified rates and temperatures as per MoRTH specification Clause 503 & 112 ( Including cleaning of bituminous road surface )

Providing and laying Dense Bituminous Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates as per table 500-8 & 500-10 and design mix for base/binder course including loading of material with Front end loader, heating of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound wherever required) aggregate and filler as per table 500-9, in hot mix plant More than 60-90 TPH, transporting the mixed material by tippers and laying with sensor paver finisher as per clause 505.3.5 to the required level and grade rolling by self propelled power rollers and vibratory rollers or pneumatic tyred roller 150-250KN. TP=0.7MPa to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) but excluding cost of primer/tack coat. [MoRTH Specification : Clause 505 & 112] with all leads. Grading II (26.5mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ minimum 4.5% of mix using VG 40 ( thickness 50 - 75 mm )

Providing and laying bituminous concrete as per design mix on prepared surface with specified graded stone as per table 500-16 & 500-17 for wearing course including loading of aggregate with Front end loader and hot mixing of binder (including cost of anti-stripping compound, wherever required) and filler as per table 500-9 with aggregates in hot mix plant More than 60-90 TPH Transporting the mix material with tipper and laying with sensor paver finisher (as per clause 507.3.5) to the required level , grades and rolling with vibratory compactor and pneumatic tyred roller 150-250 KN,TP=0.7 Mpa, to achieve the desired density (approved by the department) excluding cost of primer/tack coat (MoRTH Specification : Clause -507 & 112) with all lead.Grading II (13.20 mm nominal size) - Bitumen @ minimum 5.40% of mix & thickness 30 - 40 mm. VG 40 Grade
