M&L for point wiring with cable PVC insulated but unsheathed, 1.5 Sqmm, stranded copper conductor in and including PVC conduit duly concealed continuous earthing with cable PVC insulated 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor, MS box including laminated top sheet cover,washer & screw all as specified and directed for One light point controlled by one, one way switch.

S & F in replacement of rusted out louvers with MS finned louvers complete all as specified of the following sizes of exhaust fans (Rates quoted to be incl of necessary sky folding/ladders to work upto the ht of 15mtrs) (a) 300 to 380 mm sweep

All as per item No 37 above but for 400 to 600 mm sweep

M&L for ceiling fan down rod made out of 15mm GI tubing medium grade including making necessary threads / holes etc suitable for hanging ceiling fan up to 3m long after removing the u/s down rods complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting Electrically and dismantling of AC ceiling fans of any size of any make, washing thoroughly of bearing/bush by petrol, washing/cleaning fan blades, body etc. thoroughly, provision new greasing, replacement of wornout/defective/ unserviceable parts (wherever necessary), reassembling the same including provision of twin core flexible (copper) wire upto 1.0M long, reconnection, taking down and re-hanging the same after provision new safety pins and lock nuts at the same building and satisfactory test run on load all as directed. (Note : Replacement of worn out/defective/unserviceable parts by providing new parts and rewinding shall be measured and paid separeately under relavent items).

All as per item above No 40 but for exhaust fans of any size and make.

Rewinding the rotor of AC ceiling fans of any make1200 mm sweep with super enamelled copper wire of adequate size (i.e. gauge/dia) including allinsulation materials, varnishing (make : Dr Beck) and baking heating providing connector etc. complete all as directed.

All as per item No 42 above but for ceiling fan 1400mm sweep

All as per item No 42 above but for Exhaust fan upto 380 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 42 above but for Exhaust fan upto 480 mm sweep complete all as specified and as directed

Remove the unserviceable ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep from position transporting to a reputed workshop, open the covers remove the burntout un serviceable winding wire and rewind with insulated copper winding wire after preparing the slots etc including proper insulation and remove the unserviceable bearing and brass bushes supply and fix new suitable bearing and bushes including setting for smooth operation complete all as directed.

All as per item No 42 above but for exhaust fans of any type/make.

Remove the unserviceable capacitor and supply and fix condenser 2/3.15/4 mfd for fans (Havells/Universal/SFK)

Supply and fixing Automatic Voltage Regulator Model as per existing suitable for 30 to 82.5 KVA KVA DG sets, starting and testing on load all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Automatic Voltage Regulator Model as per existing suitable for 200 to 320 KVA KVA DG sets, starting and testing on load all as specified and directed.

Remove the unserviceable meters with cover and connected items complete, supply and fix metering console consisting of 1 No Ammeter digitl type 0 to 500 Amps 01 Nos or Digital type voltmeter 0 to 500 volts 1 Nos,including necessary control wiring with PVC insulated copper wire CTs of suitable ratio modification to the existing panel for fixing the metering console cover incl making good with necessary painting,testing calibration etc all as directed for LT panel (Note : Ammeter and volt meter shall be measured and paid separately under relavent items )

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories suitable for 3 ½ / 4 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 25 to 50 sqmm,Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 65 but of size 70 to 150 Sqmm complete all as specified & directed.

Relaying of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable, screened PVC bedded, with aluminium conductor 1100 V grade of any size from trenches/ along poles, ducts or through sleeve after removing the damaged cable complete all as specified & directed. NOTE :Excavation and other connected items shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items

Preparing external/internal surfaces of the panel boards/Feeder pillar boxes , consoles etc by scrubbing /CTC by emary paper by removing stains/rusted scales etc and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete and cleaning the meters/indicators / MES Nos etc all as specified and directed.
