Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. (except light fittings), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down/out unserviceable Wires only from the existing Sub-main Wiring of any type and any description, without disturbing Existing Conduit, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, unserviceable fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, regulators, call bells, plug tops, etc. and removal from site complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: This item is to be measured only when only existing fitting/fixture is required to be replaced. Not to be combined with taking down of point wiring under Item No 01 here-in-before).

Taking down of unserviceable Distrubution Boards, any type or size including MCCB/RCCB/MCBs and disconnecting the serviceable MCCBs/MCBs and keeping in safe custody for reuse or removal from site complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE: Measurement shall be considered only for the DBs)

S&F in repair Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Cost of Screws, Saddles, Insulators, Nuts and Bolts, etc. shall be deemed to be included in Quoted Rate.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanized steel earth wire 4 mm dia (upto 7.5 metres) by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 45 cm x 45 cm x 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm centre to centre both ways, with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 15 mm bore galvanized steel tubing medium grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing and dismantling of existing unsv earthing complete all as shown in Figure 15A of IS 3043 :1987, complete all as specified and directed.
