Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of electro-mechanical overhead crane at Central Pumping Station Parade (Shed-1) under JMC Capex (New Works) 2026-27.

Providing Installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical overhead crane at central pumping station parade (Shed -1). The job includes excavation of foundation pits as per design of the crane structure i.e. 8 no foundations, four at one side and four at another side parallel to each other, then foundation for vertical column 8no.(2'.6"x2'.6"x2'.6") by providing and laying of cement concrete for foundation of column. The job includes cost of steel reinforcement for R.C.C work, centering and shuttering. Laying of 8 nos foundation blocks using TMT bar of 10 mm dia mesh with proper embedding of 4 nos anchoring bolts of 20 mm dia in each block at proper place with mix cement concrete in the ratio of 1:2:4 (cement :sand: gravel) fabrication of 8 no piers of heavy duty ms section with foundation plate of 400 * 400 * 12 mm and same as top plate. Erection of piers shall be done on concrete foundations at proper alignment and at proper level. 4 nos ISMB shall be installed on opposite piers at top plates of piers and shall be welded to act as gantry beams. ISMB shall be designed to load of crane structure and main ISMB. main ISMB approx. 40 length shall be installed at below the four no gantry beams with the help of m s plate and heavy duty long studs. Stoppers shall welded at opposite ends of main beam with ms plates. heavy duty 3 ton capacity hoist shall be installed on the main beam with the help of skilled labour and by using special tools and tackles features of hoist shall comprises of following features :- 1. capacity: 3 ton 2. lift: 4 meters 3. hoisting motor: 2 hp. Make: Crompton greave/equivalent make 4. cross travel motor 0.5 hp make: Crompton greave/ equivalent make 5. wire rope: 10 mm of reputed make 6. rope drum: fabrication with heavy duty seamless pipe. 7. power supply: 400/440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase ac supply. 8. control: push button, pendant station supported with wire rope Main power cable shall be installed at crane structure for power supply to crane by using fixing of steel wire rope at crane structure at one end to another end with cable hangers and main cable shall be installed with cable hangers for smooth running of electric wire rope hoist from one end to another end. painting shall be done to the complete structure. The Job includes cost of material, labour, and to and fro carriage charges also shifting of material to site.
