(Note :- Rate included for four storey building including skefolding and all safety measures)

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 by using ready on brick or concrete surfaces mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Transportation of Reverse Rotary machine for drilling of the borewell to the site of borewell and removal of the drilling machine with all T&P and boring accessories after completion of borewell including site clearance complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for drilling & Reaming the bore hole by Reverse Rotary rig method of size 350mm dia, in any type of strata including electrologging to find out potable water strata, prepration of site by cutting the grass bushes and leveling the same including disposal of soil from the site complete all as directed by En-gr incharge.

Supply, lowering and welding MS ERW slotted housing pipe of size 200mm bore having thickness 8mm as per IS-4270:1992 and slot size 1.19mm and area of slot between 15 to 22% of screened area including welding of pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . Supply and pouring / packing washed pea gravells of size 1.6 mm to 4.76 mm round in shape around the linear assembly to the entire depth of bore hole upto ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F housing clamp for 50mm dia pipe made out of flat iron 100 x 12mm thick with required bolts, nuts & washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for well cap fabricated out of 6mm thick MS Sheet for 200mm dia bore pipe in two piece having 80mm dia hole in centre with external bracket of flat iron of size 100mm x 6mm thick complete with nuts, bolts and washers including painting with two coats of black bitumenious paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for development of borewell by means of Revrese Rotary rig followed by compressor of min 250 PSI capacity and over pumping by Submersible pump of suitable capacity untill the sand free water obtained and carrying out necessary. Note:- (i) The Engr-in-Charge shall be present in person when the development of borewell is being made. (ii) The same shall be jointly signed by rep of contractor/contractor ad Engr-in-charge and shall from part of RAR/Bill. Not attaching may lead to non payment.

Material and Labour for yield testing of tubewell by a continuous Run with suitable equipment all as per IS 2800 Part II of 1979 including testing of water suitable for drinking purpose as per IS 10500 of 1991 from testing laboratory approved by GE and report shall be submitted to GE. The well shall be tested 24 hours continuous after development of the well to ascertain the yield. Note:- The report shall be forming of RAR.

M&L for chemical/ bacteriological analysis and potablity test of water obtained from borewell from any Govt approved lab and submitting the report in triplicate. Note:- The sample water shall be fwd to lab directly by Engr-in-charge and the payment shall be made by the contractor. The Engr-in-charge shall ensure that the report shal be directly collected from lab. The report shall be forming part of RAR/FB for claiming the payment. Non submission may lead to non payment.

M & L for precast Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in surrounding of casing pipe of required size including embedding housing clamp including necessary form work and eartn work. The Top and side of block shall be finished with 5mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:3) complete all as directed by by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying lowering and fixing flanged GI column pipe medium grade flanged and drilled ISI marked 50 mm bore as per IS 1239, 6 mtr in length having flanged slot cutting in Flange for passing of submersible cable including all jointing material such as bolts nuts washers and packing sheets and connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MS bail plug of size 200mm dia fixed and welded complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sample strata box with glass cover 3mm thick and having internal dimensions 1000 x600 x 100mm (LxBxD) made out of 20mm thick shisham plank with hinges, hasp, and staples including Strata chart (in duplicate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. S&F CI non return valve of size 100 mm dia , horizontal flanged end confirming to IS-5312 incluindg nut, bolt, washer and rubber gasket and taking out old unserviceable Non return valve and remove form site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 Mtrs wide and not exc. 1.5 Mtr deep and getting out for taking out/laying cable, poles & stay etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick after the cable have been laid tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n exc. 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of sand (8cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable ie total 23 cm) and 18cm punnd thickness shall be paid complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for old size , burnt brick, sub class 'B', laid in trenches, abutting each other with a gap not exceeding 10 mm , vertically over the cable for cable protection complete.
