SCHEDULE 'A'

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n.exc and getting out in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) to a distance exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs, fixing of hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified.

M&L for Fly ash brick work with old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use & Waste of formwork to faces of walls/RCC drain walls, retaining walls rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc., basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in drain walls and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars (Fe-500/ Fe-550D) 10 mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 14.00 here-in-before but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in stirrups, spaces and binders complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F roof trusses (farmed), trusses purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing MS tubes medium grade as in truss, purlin, rafters, post etc fixed with and including angle cleat , MS plate etc including necessary welding, fittings etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con- forming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality - B as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; truss, purlins, Gusset plate and base plates, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plate, framing for cladding, nuts, bolts, washers etc,includng welding or riveting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250 quality-B) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 60cm long and dia of neck from 20 mm to 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted coloured trapezoidal profiled galvalume/Zincalume sheet thickness of 0.50 mm TCT confirming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy mettalic coating with 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397) as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws(12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted coloured plain galvalume/Zincalume sheet thickness of 0.50 mm TCT confirming to IS-513 (AZ-150 GSM, Al Zn alloy mettalic coating with 550MPA yield stress as per AS-1397) as roof ridge fixed with self tapping screws(12-14 x 55 with EPDM seals) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hard drawn steel wire fabric in available size weight not exc 4.00 Kg /sqm for the tank caging etc including welding, riveting, framing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelling in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to true surface with broken stone or boulder complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for approved earth (as approved by GE) from source outside MoD land includonf all roalty if any transporation taxes etc, for filling in floors including raising of original level upto height from OGL in layes n. exc 30 cm thick including watering, consolidation and finished to required size and shape all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as insub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finshed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, finshed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 28mm Aluminium dividing strips, 1.5mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protections, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement with joints 10 mm wide and in full depth at corners and @ 3.0 m c/c filled with mastic mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compund as per manufacurer's instructions, finished surfaces fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: - WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevent items.)

Supply only integral water proofing compound liquid grade conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified and as directed. (Pidiproof of Dr.fixit or equivalent)

M&L for Collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise, described, over 10cm width or girth including preparation of new surface & applying one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemoer (oil bound distemper) of any tint over one coat of primer including preparation of surfaces of walls on new plastered/unplastered surfaces with 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces on wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.
