Re-assembling of rotor and stator after rewinding and re-fixing of Alternator with Engine by assembling flexible coupling with alternator mounting with nuts, bolts including making cable connection complete including testing and commissioning at desire load of DG Set of capacity 100KVA to 200KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of radiator and repair by welding/soldering of radiator and re-fixing the same after cleaning of radiator with soda and acid including replacement of radiator foundation nuts, bolts (where ever required) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing of DG Set draing out used Engine oil of DG Set and cleaning sump complete with re-filling of engine oil 15 W 40 in sealed drum after taking out un-serviceable engine oil from oil sump (Note- Oil 15W40 shall be measured and paid separetely under relevant item as supply only.
