COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS TO LIFTS IN DRDO PHASE I RESIDENTIAL AREA LRDE CAIR MTRDC AND CEPTAM UNDER GE I R AND D WEST BENGALURU

SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of 06 Nos electrically operated Make-Kone Elevator passenger lift of capacity 544/1000/2000 kgs carrying, 08/13/16 passengers suitable for serving G+2 Floors ( total 03 landings) - 04 Nos lifts (08 Passengers, CAIR) G+2 Floors (total 03 landings)-01 No Lift (16 Passengers, L-STAR Bldg, LRDE) G+2 Floors (total 03 landings)-01 No Lift (13 Passengers, DRC Bldg, LRDE) with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete with ARD facility installed at Admin Bldg, Secure bldg, Network Bldg, System bldg at CAIR to be maintained round the clock as described here-in-after in reliable, safe and efficient operating condition by regularly examining the lubrication and adjust the electrical and mechanical driving equipment , governor, sleeve, shaft assembly bearing/ contacts & governor jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators and all other car and landing signal fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, repairs to lift well bulk head lamps and carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise consultancy including replacement of all types of worn/broken spare parts except cabin light ,fan and UPS complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-charge. Note :- (i) The above mentioned work shall be done through the Original Lift manufacturer of the above Lifts under AMC Platinum type contract ( i.e "all in all") except replacement of UPS, Car cabin fan and car cabin light and other misc items not covered in AMC and provided for in seperate items hereinafter. (ii) A register shall be maintained by the contractor and shall obtain the signatures of user/JE E/M and AGE E/M after maintenance of each Lift.

All as per serial item No:1 above but Electrically operated goods / passenger Lift 544 Kg, 08 Passenger/goods lift @ 1 m / sec speed, including periodical maintenance & safety inspection once in a month till contract period all as specified and as directed Make - Thyssenkrupp Elevators G+4 Five Landing. G+4 Floors ( total 05 landings) - 01 lift (08 Passanger, RADAR Test platform, LRDE) G+4 Floors ( total 05 landings) - 01 lift (08 Passanger, MTRDC Tech)

All as per serial item No:1 above but electrically operated lifts 840 KG, 13 passenger/Goods lift at LRDE Admin building including periodical maintenance & safety inspection once in a month till contract period all as specified and as directed. Make - OTIS ,G + 2, Three landing (02 Nos lift)

All as per serial item No:1 above but Electrically operated goods / passenger Lift 544 KG, 08 passenger lifts of speed 1.0 mtr/sec MLCP (Parking) bldg at LRDE including periodical maintenance & safety inspection once in a month till contract period all as specified and as directed Make - VENUS, Five landing (01 No) G+4 Floors ( total 05 landings) - 01 lift (08 Passanger, MLCP, LRDE) G+2 Floors ( total 03 landings) - 01 lift (13 Passanger, CEPTAM)

All as per serial item No:1 above but Electrically operated goods / passenger Lift 544 KG, 08 passenger lifts of speed 1.0 mtr/sec E25 to E29 and SOA bldg including periodical maintenance & safety inspection once in a month till contract period all as specified and as directed Make - ESCON G + 5, (06 Nos) G+5 Floors ( total 06 landings) - 06 Nos lifts (13 Passanger, E-25 TO E-29 AND SOA, PHASE-1) G+2 Floors ( total 3 landings) - 01 lift (08 Passanger, RADAR BLDG, LRDE) NOTE FOR ITEM NO 1 to 5 :- (i) The maintenance of the lifts shall be done through OEM. The parts shall be genuine and shall be from original Equiment manufacturer (OEM ) and shall approved by GE. (ii) The bidder has to upload (in cover - 1 ) and submit a MOU from the OEM, A scanned copy of MOU shall be uploaded as packet - 1 (cover- 1) without upload and submission of hard copy of MOU from the OEM / accredited agency of OEM before openeing of tender the respective bid shall be disqualified in technical bid evaluation and his finane bid shall not be opened. (iii) Monthly schedule for proper maintenance of lifts and necessary documentation including spare parts replaced shall be maintained. (iv) All minor spare parts and parts recommeneded by the OEM required for repair / replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at without extra payment to the Department. Additional notes for Item 1 to 5 is given in Schedule 'A' notes which shall be stictly adhered to.

Supply & fix in replacement Dry battery 12 Volts, (7AH to 18 AH ) as per sample along with warranty certificate and all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement CAR OPERATING PANEL (Feather Touch) Flush type Stainless Steel “Car Operating Panel” with the following devices. i) Bank of call buttons corresponding to landings served. Tactile Braille LED illuminated buttons and tonal contrast to the COP & car panels. ii) Alarm button, provided to indicate the alarm button provision. iii) Fan/blower switch. iv) Door open and close button. v) The main floor /exit floor push button, protruded 5mm beyond the other floor buttons. vi) “Up” & “Down” direction indicators indicating travel direction. vii) Key operated switch for “Attendant” and “Automatic” operation. viii) Overload panel along with audio/visual indication. ix)  7 Segment type LED based digital car position indicator with LED/ illumination indicating the landing at which the car is stopped or passing. x) S& F Hall buttons combined with digital position indicator with SS hairline finish face plate suitable for simplex full collective operation at lobby floor of all landings (B+G+4 floor) complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in replacement Landing operating panel (Feather Touch) Flush type stainless steel with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning Lift door sensors curtain type, single phase 240 volts with convertor unit dimensions of 10 mm dia, 2004 mm height and 26 mm wide with minimum recommended opening of 0 mm and maximum recommended opening of 3000 mm, maximum response time 65 ms, scan time 45 ms, all as per model K 20 of TL jones or techno commercially equivalent model of other makes all as specified and as directed.
