RequiredAn undertaking that if I/We shall become the lowest tenderer then I/We shall submit the documents of Associated specialized Agencies for specialized E and M Services as per the eligibility criteria mentioned in the Eligibility Criteria/ Experience of work after acceptance of tender alongwith Performance Guarantee otherwise department shall forfeit the deposited EMD absolutely and shall reject my/our tender and debar me/us from re-tendering for this work (Undertaking Form Enclosed.) OR Certif

RequiredGST Registration certificate and upto date file return of the state in which the work is to be taken up, or as required by GST authorities then in such a case the bidder shall scan and upload following under taking along with other bid documents. If work is awarded to me, I/we shall obtain GST registration Certificate of the State, in which work is to be taken up, within one month from the date of receipt of award letter or before release of any payment by CPWD, whichever is earlier, failing
