Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete above ground floors exc 15 cms thickness as in roofs, floors, beams, staircases, landings, chajjas and similar suspended works with and including of cutting of reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (But not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing rubbish out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including all necessary formwork etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of mix 1:3:6, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 including all necessary scaffolding etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending, and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 250 x 375 x 7 to 8mm / 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with white or coloured cement over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, match to the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2,(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base, floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement laid over and including 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6, match to the shade of tile complete all as specified and directed. Note : The tiles shall be matt finish, shade of the tile shall be as approved by the GE and as per the latest catalogue of the Manufacturer.

Material & Labour for Vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in vertical surfaces over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 as backing coat etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Rendering 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 on fair faces of concrete surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame not exc. 1.5 Sqm each) and removing from site all as directed by Engineer In Charge.

Supply and Fix 18 to 20mm thick Granite tiles (of any type) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment laid over and including 20mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:4, match to the shade of tile granite stone including cutting and polishing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including (minimum thickness of anodised coating 50 micron), joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 5.5mm thick Sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Stainless Steel drapery rod 25mm dia decorative manner all as per sample and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fix fancy type Stainless Steel Brackets for drapery rod all directed by Engineer-in-charge.
