M&L for deepening/ cleaning of dock drains by accumulation of blast slurry, grit, cement etc including removing obtained material out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed
Providing and injecting nipple at 600mm spacing along all the joints and fixing with suitable mortars to facilitates injection of suitable grouts to strengthen the mortar. The nipples should be 12mm diameter made of galvanized steel. For this purpose, 15-2Omm dia holes should be drilled in zig-zag manner. The holes should be made dust free as far as possible by blowing compressed air. Then the nipples should be sealed with proper mortar and allow it to cure complete all as specified. Further providing and injecting expanding type grout admixtures or other approved grout in proportion recommended by manufacturer in the previously installed nozzle of dia 12mm by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipple after curing the injection should be done under pressure and continued until the grout or slurry begins to flow out from the adjacent nipples all complete. (Injecting expanding grout admixture SikaCem-130 Intraplast or equivalent @0.4 % by weight of cement into racks/damaged/eroded/ hone-combe of masonry surface by suitable gun/pump at required pressure including cutting of nipples after curing etc complete as specified and as directed. M&L for coating for full stone wall of dock PU BASED TRANSPARENT PROTECTIVE COATING providing and applying with PU based transparent protective coating the coating should be elastic UV stable minimum protective coating of 150 microns should applied on the prepared wall surface the dosing and application procedure should be as per manufactures specifications complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the item No 80 to 83 here in above, contractor shall submit design calculations, drawings, MOC etc as recommended by OEM and duly vetted by any Government Engineering College to the AO. (ii) Contractor shall note that the load during the hoisting/travel operation is supported by the girder but that will be eventually transferred to the pump house structure.
Dismantling / removal of existing capstan system alongwith associated accessories and Design, Supply, Install, Testing and commissioning of AC Motor driven Capstan system 20 Ton with gear box, capstan controller with AC air-break contactor control panel system including its associate accessories. The IS 9852-1981 (Reaffirmed in 2021) shall be followed. The scope of work is as under:-

Factory fabricated dust, vermin-proof, fixed & floor mounted type duly powder coated after 7 tank pre-treatment / process remote deck control panel, having IP 55 protection, fitted with push button for start, stop, forward, reverse, 1st speed, 2nd speed, 3rd speed and ON / OFF indication lamp for start, stop, forward, reverse, 1st speed, 2nd speed, 3rd speed, emergency stop buttons, door with locking facility, etc. complete
(f) Electro-mechanical brake
The electro-mechanical hydraulic thrusters operated brake should be mounted on driving end shaft of the motor
(g) Civil Work
Contractor shall note that the pulling load of the complete ship, during the docking operation will be supported by the capstan but that will be eventually transferred to its foundation. Hence, necessary civil repair work and making good to the existing capstan pit, strengthening of foundation etc shall be carried out all as per site requirement.
(h) Repair of Existing capstan pit
Old capstan pit cover to be removed and new cover all as per existing to be fabricated of sufficient thickness with suitable support beams and fitted. The pit covers are to be fully water tight to protect water leakage inside the pit. Pit cover shall withstand total load of 2 Ton. Pit to be provided with lashing arrangement and ladder.
(j) Cabling
Existing cabling between contactor control panel, deck panel & capstan unit to be replaced with new cable. The size and type of cable shall be as per existing. Cable protection pipes shall be provided as per site requirement.
(k) Removal of Existing capstan system
Dismantling existing Capstan motor, gear system, Contactor control Panel etc and shifting them to users unit and handing over to user all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
(l) Notes:
(i) The contractor shall submit design, GA drawing, electrical SLD diagram, panel drawing, OEM specifications etc for complete capstan system to the AO for the approval.

(g) PLC/Microprocessor controllers with indoor/outdoor applications for water sensing display, pump operation with RTU/without RTU or Microprocessor controller and microprocessor transmitter. But, the pump starter panel (SCADA compatible) will be measured and paid seperately.
(h) Suitable communication system including payment of bills to telecom service provider.

Notes:-
(i) Design of communication system shall be done by the bidder. Cloud based server/data storage/communication shall not be used and only local server based system shall be designed.
(ii) The cost of each item shall also be attched to arrive at pricing in case of some addition/reduction at site.
(iii) Operating system, system software and programming shall not be intellectual property of any agency.
(iv) The memory in the hard disk shall be suitable for six months data. The backup storage device/devices shall be provided for archiving of data more than six months old
(v) In case of addition of installations, the system shall be capable of integrating the same.
(vi) Contractor shall submit design, operating sequence, schedule of items etc for approval of Accepting officer/user.
(vii) The SCADA system should have provision of both manual and automatic operation of installations
(viii) Cost of Maintenance and operation (Not manning) of SCADA including telecom charges till expiry of DLP is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
(ix) The contractor shall conduct training course for user without any extra cost before handing over the project.

(a) Panel shall be SCADA compatible. All necessary items, communication ports, relays etc for successful connection with SCADA system to be designed and provided with the panel. Necessary control and switching devices to execute the switching and control logic shall be deemed inclusive of the scope of supply irrespective of them being specified / not specified above
(b) All MCCBs shall have spreader link, phase separator and adjustable rotary handle and MCB shall be C series
(b) Panel manufacturers should have in-house poweder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pre treatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. 8 Tanks pre treatment process includes : Degreasing, Water rinsing, Derusting, Water rinsing, Activation, Phosphating, Water rinsing, Passivation.
(c) Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating coating shall be furnished alongwith LT Panel.
(d) Pre despatch inspection shall be carried out by the authorised rep of accepting officer. Testing shall be done at manufacturers premises and all routine test like IR and continuity tests shall be performed / recorded in presence of authorised rep of AO.
(e) The panel manufacturer should have following certifications:- CPRI Degree of Protection IP-54, CPRI Short circuit withstand strength should be 50 KA rms for 1 sec, CPRI rated current for short circuit not less than 6000 A with rated insulation voltage 660V
(f) The panel shall be provided with space heater with temperature sensor.
(g) The Contractor shall furnish dimensional drawings of the items offered indicating all the fittings, dimensional tolerances, typical GADs, SLDs etc. for approval of A.O.
Material and labour for Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning factory made, Utility cope point, outdoor type, double door totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, floor mounted, suitable for 3 phase and neutral, 50Hz AC supply system, fully compartmentalised, both side openable, made out of 3.0mm thick CRCA sheet steel for load bearing and 2.0mm thick for non load bearing, protection of enclosure IP-54 as per IS 2147 (latest version) with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work/support made out of suitable size of angle iron/flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size (not less than 1.5 sqmm), required civil works for fixing, anchoring bolts, earthwork, PCC foundation etc with and including followings:- (UTILITY COPE POINTS) (Overall height of the panel from the ground level shall not be greater than 1500mm)

Providing and fixing Ultra High Strength Patch mortar on damage stone surfaces after neatly cleaning the surface and then mortar are applied on the surface making smooth with the help of trowel to give finished similar to stone. The 28 days equivalent compressive strength of the patch mortar should not be less than 70 N/mm2. Forming groove of uniform size and match the texture using natural stone texture paint to give authentic effects of natural stones in the top layer of plaster as per the previous pattern of stone masony wall using all suitable equipment's and finishing the groove complete.
