This tender is being processed on Single tender with OEM. Hence No Financial Eligibility Criteria required. But, the tenderer must be OEM of FDS System for Semi High Speed Train Set - Train 18. The OEM authentic certificate must be submitted by tenderer with the bid. Non submission of authentic certificate by the tenderer shall result in summarily rejection of his/their bid.
