Provision for carefully taking out damaged dilapidated out of plumb structure of rubble sand stone masonry wall or pathway after documentation and stacking them nearby place for re-use, including propping, supporting etc. Complete.

Provision for re-newing missing boundary wall Rubble sand stone in combination mortar (1:1:6) mix 1 lime,1 cement, 6 sand as per matching with the existing texture

Provision for re-cast pointing to the rubble sand stone masonry boundary wall in combination mortar (1:2:1/4 th ) mix 1 lime, 2 sand and ¼ th cement after racking out the joints and cleaning etc complete

Removing of Brocken damage M.S grill fencing made of square bars and frame work with M.S Flats (with security fixed to the flat bar frame) including opening closing without stiffness and fixed with necessary fixtures etc.

Filling and fixing of M.S. grill in framed gratings made of square bars and frame work with M.S Flats (with security fixed to the flat bars frame) including opening closing without stiffness and fixed with necessary fixtures etc.

Scraping and cleaning of old paints by sand paper to receive new paint on it

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint including surface cleaning with sand paper including all labours etc.

Supplying fitting and fixing of Galvanised iron chain link 5 mm dia rod to the G.I posts with galvanised hooks for staples etc completed including fixing and painting of G.I posts as per design as directed

Provision for purchasing of work articles for execution of above items.
