Excavation of soft/loose soils in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, drain, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth including any type old pipe and getting out complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. During the execution of work, in case of any damage to the GAS PIPE LINE or water supply pipe etc., the contractor will have to get it repaired/replaced at his own cost and and nothing extra payble on this acount.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc.including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2(using 40mm graded stone agg.) as in foundation/sub base of open drain, saucer drain, culvert, interlocking and chequreded tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius and built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 5 above but except brick.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm of soil all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus soil beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work surface in cement mortar (1:4) with using Water Proofing Liquid’. (Note : Rate of WPC included in quoted rate and nothing extra payble on this acount). complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping/bed block including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-2, 1:2:4 in surface channels and drains all as specified and directed

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 65 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in bed of drain pipe 300mm bore pipe including packing under hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed. Note : Thickness of bed below the barrel of pipes 150 mm for pipes 300mm dia and width D+300mm.

M&L 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore UPVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hard core, broken to gauge n exc 63mm, broken stone boulders complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and fair (75mm thick) with using extra cement , laid in bays, joints filled with mixture of bitumen and sand ( 1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushion/Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 80 mm thick Coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L 60 mm thick Coloured cement concrete interlocking paver blocks hydraulically pressed of compressive strength not less than M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Machine pressed cement concrete chequered tiles 30cm X 30cm X 25mm thick machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and pointed with white cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering of ready mix mortar of approved make on brick work or concrete surfaces on wall, finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement as whole or in patch etc including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed, rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on concrete surface/brick surface in cement mortar (1:4) surface finished even and fair mixed with liquid WPC as per manufacturer's instructions including taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc all as directed, rubbish of the premises complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Rate of WPC included in quoted rate and nothing extra payble on this acount).

S&F for precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 size as per site requirement as in kerb rounded and chamfered on edges including two coats of road marking paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on external surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as manhole cover and similar work n.exc 15cm thick and removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in manhole covers slab and similar work set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L preparation of old steel and iron surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit: for demolished/dismantled material of (-) Rs 37095.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part II (Credit Schedule) Note: Tenderer's shall not quote against this item. The amount of Credit Schedule is tentative, however the same shall be considered to arrive at the contract sum.
