Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead - nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/e equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead

Dismantling of flexible pavement (bituminous courses) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material upto a lead of 1 kilometre

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing/seepage and also working in unhygienic and in or under foul/slush condition, in or under water and/or liquid mud including getting out and disposal of excavated earth,slush/mud all leads upto 50m and lifts upto 1.5m depth below or above ground level / Bed level etc, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. - All kinds of soil.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5m or part there of in excavation / banking excavated or stacked materials - all kinds of soil

Supplying and filling with quary dust in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering etc. complete. The rate includes all lead and lift head load, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Extra for providing and mixing ordinary Portland cement 43 grade of approved brand and manufacture in quarry rubbish / stone dust at the rate of 3 bags of cement per cum of quarry rubbish / stone dust mixing in a mechanical mixer. The rate is inclusive of all lead and lift etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse M. sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) in foundation at all level of above/ below ground level. The rate includes all head load, lead, pumping out any type of water or liquid mud due to stagnation /flowing / seepage and also working in or under foul/slush condition in or under water and / or liquid mud etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications - RCC Grade M35 with a minimum cement content of 422 kg /cum - Using Concrete Mixer and electric genset including the cost of labour, material, formwork and overhead charges.

Reinforced Cement Concrete in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification -RCC Grade M35 with a minimum cement content 422 kg / cum for heightupto 5m - Using concrete mixer(Formwork-10%).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. works including bending, binding and placing in position - Thermo Mechanical Treated Bars (TISCON / VIZAG / IISCO / SAIL/JSW) Fe -415 or more

Making of bund wall with HDPE cement bags filled with stone dust/quary rubbish for discharge regulation, breach closing/diversion arrangement. The rate includes the cost of empty HDPE bags, cost of stone dust, labour charges for filling the bags and placing in position of its purpose working in or under foul/slush condition ,in or under water and / or liquid mud, including pumping out water as required all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and filling in foundation trenches and at the back of abutments, wingwalls etc. and below pipe bed in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering and compacting including all lead and lifts. - Good local sand free from earth

Providing and fixing pre-moulded bitumen joint filler, for expansion joints including the cost of sealing compound and priming coat - 25 mm wide.

Providing, laying and jointing UPVC pipe of 250mm dia (0.6 Mpa) conforming to IS specification 4985 and ISI marked including transportation to the site , lowering to the trenches, laying to proper grade and alignment and placing in position for discharge through the drain during construction period as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
