Provide annual maintenance for 2x150 TR , Model: LCW2-160xx01536201, WC R134A screw compressor type water cooled chilling machines shall check and render preventive maintenance service to all the equipment every 3 months i.e three times during the currency of the contract complete all as specified and directed. Operation Parametres : Chiller : Water Temperature IN - 54 F, Water Temperature OUT - 44 F , Fouling Factor - 0.0005 FPS Condenser : Water Temperature IN - 90 F , Water Temperature OUT - 97.5 F , Fouling Factor - 0.001 FPS IKW/TR should not exceed 0.70 at full load , COP value should not exceed as mentioned in latest ECBC guidelines. Note :- Each service will include the following deemed to be included in the quoted rate and the work shall be carried out by OEM i.e Blue Star Limited at Plant only. (a) Dismantling /transporations and refixing /installation. (b) Checking the functioning of chiller unit & It's controls and all such equipment. (c) Free replacing of defective/worn out parts with new or repaired parts for compressor/thermostat/cut outs based. (d) Repairng of equipment as listed in the equipment list at plant as the case may be. (e) Descaling of condensers with chemical replacement of pre filters based on assessment and working parameters of the plant. (f) Replenishing refrigerant gas and compressor oil in the system arising out of system defect. (g) checking of compressor for its proper working. (h) Annual pumping - down and restarting as and when required. (j) Checking of Microprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of chiller unit for their correctness and replace if necessary. (k) Replacing of parts due to normal wear and tear.

Attending of complaints pertaining to faulty/Non-functional/working state of all accessories pertain to internal Electrification / through telephone or in person round the clock on detailment by MES Service centre for JCOs/ORs Md/OTM Accn of Zone A Hisar Mil Stn by deploying electrician and locating and rectifying the fault from Elect Meter/DB onwards in respect of Sub Main /Point wiring including fixtures for power and light, socket, fan, bell point including security light fitted in bldgs etc complete and carrying out repairs to the extent of disconnection and dismantling of faulty wires, battens, conduits, boxes, Main switches, MCB, DBs, and other E/M faults pertaining to particulars equipment including providing wire upto 2.00 mtr and insulatiion tape required for the rectification of defect and refixing of existing dismantling serviceable articles complete all as specified and directed. Note :-One tradesman with helper work sepately ,Zone A . All area complain register and complain slip provide by contractor seprately. If tradesman and helper not receive complain or not done complain same day including Sunday also same no. of complain recovery in done complain and tradesman/helper will not come any day than three hundred rupees recovery per day per person.one tradesman with helper provide by the contractor for night/ emergency complaints. (i) Scope of work shall include replacement of bulbs /tubes held by users which will be handed over the repair if so required. (ii) Complaint pertaining to location and rectification of fault in more than one wiring point/sub main wiring/DB etc shall be considered as one complaint. Similarly complaint pertaining to replacement of minimum three fixtures in one BK/qtr/office/bldg involving movement of electricians will also be measured and paid as one complaint. Replacement of more than three fixtures but multiple of four fixtures or part thereof in one Bk/qtr/office/bldg etc will be measured as additional complaint. (iii) The complaint slip/job card shall be prepared round the clock by the MES Staff/ Supervisor and shall be handed over to contractor’s tradesmen. Complaint slip shall be got singed by user with name, number and rank and return the same to MES staff by same day. Complaints of emergent nature e.g no light, short circuiting and earth fault etc. shall be attended, round the clock. Other complaints can be attended during normal working hours. (iv) Bldgs requiring major nature of work e.g rewiring of complete bldg or major portion shall be intimated to JE E/M and separate team shall be deployed for the work. (v) Bldgs requiring rewiring of small qty of point wiring if ordered will be measured and paid separately. (vi) Cost of work requiring replacement of other stores will be measured as supply only and paid separately. (ix) Contractor shall provide the complain slip and containing 100 pages in triplicate properly binded and complaint book as per sample on requirement basis complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth electrode plate 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly and vertically in ground connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion ncluding provision of earth wire protected by galvanised iron 15 mm bore medium grade pipe with all fittings from the earth electrode fixed along pole or wall with and including 25 x 6mm flat iron clamp, bolts, nuts and washers and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade from top of the earth pit to top of earth plate electrode including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover with handle, charcoal/salt, funnel , CI frame etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTES : (i) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O, using 12.00 mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth wire.
