Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaning earth locally for road work with approved material. Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.clause 1500,700& 2100 (PCC Grade M-15) Design mix including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying flooring laid over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1303..including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/L Rubble stone 150mm thick for flooring with M-15 grade plain cement concrete (Design Mix) over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing & technical specifications 1303 and MoRT&H specifications 2505 including all lead & lifts and other incidentals charges as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/L PCC (M15) plain /Reinforced Cement Concrete 30cm thick in open foundation complete as per drawing & technical specifications 1500,1700 & 2100 (PCC Grade M-15 Design mix) including carraige of material machinery,Labour/ Equipment required to complete the job within all leads & lifts and other incidentals charges as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm( four Milimeter) dia G.I wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (One hundred into One hundred milimeter) (weaved diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (Forty kilogram)each technical specification Clause 2503(B).including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Granular filling/river bed material underneath of floor protection as per drawing and technical specifications.including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Concrete volume in jacketing M-35 Design mix as per drawing and technical specifications and MORT&H specifications 1500,1600 & 1700 including carriage of materials, labour, machinery (Batching Plant , Transit Mixer and concrete pump)/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforcement HYSD Bars Quantity of jacketing (120kg/cum) as per drawing and technical specifications including carriage of materials, labour, machinery / equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats after filling the surface with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new plastered concrete /steel surfaces specification Clause 803 including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. .

Providing & fixing with fillar materials in expansion joint complete as per drawing & MoRT&H Specification 2605. including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Sealing of crack / porous concrete in pier abutment,caps,slabs, girders, pedestal wall etc. by epoxy resion injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1.including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and removing of all debris from pier caps abutment caps and around bearings of existing bridges including provision of access platform/ scaffolding with all lifts and leads complete as per MoRTH technical specifications including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying epoxy mortar over leached, honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical MoRT&H 2804 with all lifts and leads complete including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

General cleaning of drainage spouts complete including sealing with approved water proofing material area around the spout with all lifts and leads complete as per drawing and as per MoRT&H Specifications 2705 with all lifts and leads complete including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg (Zero point Two five) kg. per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom specifications clause 503.including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm (Twenty five millimeter) thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen (85/25 or 30/40) meeting the requirements given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated finegrained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 1000C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface, all complete as per clause 515.including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm(Two point five ) mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms(Two five zero)gram per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm(Two point five )mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per clause no. 803.including carriage of materials, labour, machinery/ equipments required to complete the job with in all lead, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, 2mm thick aluminium sheeting, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminum composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB ,3.2 mm thicknness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing per clause no. 801. including carriage of material and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation.as per drawing and Technical Specifications and incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of road stud 100x 100 mm, die-cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling hole 30 mm upto a depth of 60 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS 873 part 4:1973 including carriage of material and equipment in all leads and lifts with all mode of transportation.as per drawing and Technical Specifications and incidental work required to complete the job as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
