Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of PPC at 220kV KSPDCL Sub-station & PQM meters at 400/220kV PGCIL Pavagada sub-station at 2050MW Pavagada Solar Park to comply the CEA regulations.

The Tenderer should have carried out similar works to an extent of cumulative of Rs.1,40,00,000/- in Central/state PSUs/private sector in the last 5 years. The Tenderer shall have to upload the supporting Documents such as Work order copies, order completion certificates/performance certificates.

The Tenderer should have Goods and Service Tax (GST) Registration and shall upload the necessary supporting documents.

The Tenderer should not have been DEFAULTED in supplies against Purchase Orders placed by any State/Central Utilities/PSUs in the last 5 years.

The Tenderer should not be under order of debarment/blacklisting from participating in a Tender by any State/Central Utilities/PSUs, as on the date of bid submission of bids.

The Tenderer shall be individual Proprietorship firm or partnership firm or Company Registered under Companies Act 1956/2013. Bidder Shall upload Registration certificate/Partnership Deed/license issued by the Commerce & Industries Department or any other Government Statutory Authority shall be uploaded. For Proprietorship firm, PAN and GST registration certificate shall be uploaded. Tenders from consortium/JV are not acceptable.

The Tenderer should have PAN Registration and shall upload the necessary supporting documents.

Any Tender/Bidder from a country which shares a land with India will be eligible to bid in this tender only if the Tenderer is registered with the Competent Authority. A certificate for having read the clauses specified in Section-XII of the tender documents under the heading - Eligibility clauses in respect of restrictions on procurement from a Tenderer/Bidder of a country which shares a land border with India shall be uploaded

The Tenderer should have achieved in at least two financial years in the last five years (i.e. from FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26) a minimum financial turnover of Rs. 3.50 Crores. The Tenderer shall upload the Audited Financial statements i.e. Balance sheets Profit and Loss statements, Annual Turnover Certificates for the last 5 years duly certified by a Chartered Accountant.

The Tenderer shall upload ITR Filed copy for the last five years (i.e. from FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26)

The Tenderer should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of contracts completed or under execution by it over the preceding five years. A consistent history of awards involving litigation against the Tenderer or any partner may result in rejection of Bid.

The Tenderer shall upload the Power of Attorney in the prescribed format on Rs.500/- non-judicial stamp paper. (Appendix-c of Section-VIII)
