Labour charges for Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (fabrication, erection, modification of structural steel works etc complete including cost of gas cutting including gas bottles, welding machines, welding rods, all tools and bolts required, etc., in the scope of work.)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Supply and applying bitumen/silicon sealent, bitumen tapes/ mastic pads on to the screws/washers & cracks on old GI/Asbestos/profile sheets on roof sheeting/side cladding to arrest water leakages complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Applying PU Grouting for arresting the water seepage. The cost includes cleaning of exisiting surface and observe water leakage, crack depths and identify the PU grouting points, then provide suitable chemical bonds & by using non-return packers into grouting points with the help of pressure grouting equipment.
