Taking down carefully ceiling/exhaust/wall mounted fans (of any size/make) from site, transporting the same to the contractor’s workshop for repair and re-hanging/ fixing the same after repair & testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Repairs works for spares will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Cost of split pin, lock nut, rubber push, capacitor clamp, screws, bolts, nuts and washers etc if required to be fitted shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L for rewinding to ceiling fan motor of 1200mm sweep winded with winding machine with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including insulated sleeves & paper, varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish thimbles, connection with flexible cable of copper conducor of size 23/.0076 upto connector block ( winding wire exc 300 gm and n-exc 350gm) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rewinding to ceiling fan motor of 1400/1500mm sweep winded with winding machine with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including insulated sleeves& paper , varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish thimbles, connection with flexible cable of copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076 upto connector block ( winding wire exc 350 gm and n-exc 750gm ) Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note for item No 2.00 & 3.00 :--(i) The cost of cutting & taking out to existing old winding wire shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account (ii) Spare parts like as Ball bearings, Bush & shaft shall be measured & paid as Supplly only seperatly under respective item No. 4.00 to 6.00 of this schedule. Fixing charges of these spare parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item without entertaining extra cost on this account.

Strip opening to exhaust fan/pedestal fan / wall mounted fan/ Air circular of any size / make / sweep to carry out for repairs from MES store yard to contractor’s workshop and vice vrsa and re-assembling and testing after the repairs in MES store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rewinding to Exhaust / Pedestal/ Wall mounting fan/ Air circulator motor of 225 to 300mm sweep winded with winding machine with super enameled copper winding wire of existing size including insulated sleeves , paper , varnishing with ‘B’ class insulation varnish, thimbles, connection with flexible cable of copper conductor of size 23/.0076 up-to connector block complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per above item No.8.00 here-in before but 350/450/600 mm sweep. Note for item No 8.00 & 9.00 :--(i) The cost of cutting & taking out to existing old winding wire shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item. Nothing extra shall be entertained on this account (ii) Spare parts like as Ball bearings, Bush & shaft shall be measured & paid as Supply only separately under respective item No 10.00 to 12.00 of this schedule. Fixing charges of these spare parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item without entertaining extra cost on this account.

Note : - Supply & fixing to Bearing shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Preparation to surfaces, cleaning thoroughly with kerosene oil to ceiling fans1200mm /1400mm sweep to remove oily dust and any type of spots and painted with synthetic enamel paint (white colour) with help of spray gun machine, including writing MES No, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make of Paint:- Shalimar(Superlac)/ Apcolite(Asian)/ Luxol (Berger)/Jenson & Nicholson(Borolac)/Jotun India

M&L for replaced to unserviceable fan blades (set of three blades) in lieu of provided with new fan blades (set of three blades) suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for replaced to unserviceable rusted M.S rod in lieu of provided with new M.S rod including clamp, nut & split pin suitable for 1200/1400 mm sweep fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replaced to unserviceable Rubber bush in lieu of provided with new suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S& F fan hook made out of 12mm dia M.S rod /flate iron size 30mm x6mm thick including bending in hook shape & embedded in PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 or fixed with nails to wooden members complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for replaced to unserviceable bearing shaft in lieu of provided with new suitable for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only fastner bolts with nut and washer of size 3 inch long with complete accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of unserviceable geyser of 25/35/50 ltr capacity of any make from the wall after disconnecting and opening of nuts and bolts carefully for repair and testing in MES store yard for ascertaining repair, refixing the same after repair/replacement of nuts and bolts, connecting to water mains and electric supply, after carrying out the repair work/ replacement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-- In case new geyser shall be issued under sch ‘B’ free for fixing only and fixed in-place of unserviceable geyser. Fixing of new geyser shall be deemed to be included under this item and unserviceable geyser shall be deposited in the store yard of AGE E/M(AF) BORJHAR. Nothing extra shall entertained on this account.

Dismantling to geyser of capacity 25 ltr of any make, taking out inner tank, descaling the inner surface by scrapping carrying out soldering/ brazing/gas welding to prevent the leakage, filling of glass wool & assembling the same after repair including replacement of required number of stainless steel screws, nuts & bolts for fixing of siphon assembly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note – Glass wool shall be measured & paid as Supply separately under concerned item.

All as per above item No 26.00 here-in-before but 35/50 ltr capacity.

Supply only glass wool of good quality as approved for 25 litre capacity of geyser complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F for replaced to unserviceable copper inner tank of 25 liter capacity geysers of existing make & model including testing after assembled & fixed at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
