Demolition of cement concrete and paving not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) not exc. 1.5 sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutter from frames) exc. 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4.0 Sqm each etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded aggregates as in plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified including joints filling with sealing compound Grade "A" complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast Cement concrete Type 1:3:6 using (20 mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 incl demolition of brick Work / Stone Masonry/PCC block masonry built in cement mortar of any description all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description hacking for key or raking out joint on old brick work/stone/concrete surface etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete/stone masonry surface finsihed even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) first layer and rendering 5 mm thick second layer in CM(1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed Notes : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately

M&L providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) in copings, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, leveling concrete for Roof slab, kerbs, water troughs/Chajjas and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed

Supply only water proofing compound (Liquid) complete all as specified and as directed.
