Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware / AC / RCC) drain pipes set in cement mortar, dia of pipe 100mm all as specified and as directed.
All as per Sl Item No. 1 here-in-before but dia of pipe 150mm.

Cleaning of existing septic tank of 500 users capacity by using mechanical pumping machine to remove water, sludge, stones, solid particles etc complete from the septic tank at any location and at any distance from road and removing the same from the campus and buried complete all as specified and as directed as below:- (i) The sludge / burried soil etc taken out shall be stacked alongwith the septic tank, sump well etc., after 48 hours of the sludge taken out, measurement shall be taken as of the solid contents for the purpose of payment. The tenderer are advised to keep this aspect in mind while quotating the rates. After taking the measurements, the solid contents shall be disposed off outside the MD land/area. (ii) Necessary precautions as well as safety measures shall be taken by the contractor without any extra cost, for working in the foul conditions.
Contd,, from 4 (iii) The contractor shall be entirely responsible for the lapse, mishappening to any of the manpower deployed and/or to other equipment / machinary / material at the site of work during the execution. (iv) For cleaning the sewere line/manholes also refer relevant clauses of particular specifications here-in-after.

Material and labour for day to day cleaning of chocked up sewage lines, manholes, gully traps, floor traps, WCs and waste pipes by rodding or by any other means. also taking out sludges, mud, sand, ashes, fibre, silt, grease, roots, vegetation etc or any foreign materials appeared in manholea and sewage lines of any dia due to daily uses and causing closing or chocking including attending day-to-day complaints of chocked up manholes, sewage lines etc., pertaining to TB-I, CIW, HRDC, OTM Accn and MD Accn, sports company pertaining TB I area to be received daily from the complaint cell situated in the premises of office of the AGE B/R-II (C) Kirkee and entire complaints are to be attended for cleaning on the same day, minimum number of labours with specialised experience will not be less than 02 Nos safaiwala from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs, including Sunday and holidays to attend emergency complaints. No extra payment shall be admitted for working on sundays/holidays. If the contractor will not able to provide the man power, the recovery of Rs. 350/- per person per day will be deducted.

Material and labour for rolled mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde- E-250) quality-A all as specified and as directed.
