Removal of existing PCC/Brick bat Coba/Mud phuska/ APP membrane from the roof stacking the reusable material and disposal of unserviceable rubbish out side the campus as direction by Engineer-in-Charge but outside in 3 Km complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair of surface with GP-2 (General Purpose Grout) or repair mortar as and where required as per site condition/ manufacturers instruction upto 15mm thick and including cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the surface or any loose dust, and dirt or slurry by means of wire brush, dust removing brush etc. Cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufacturers instructions . After preparation of surface the following treatment shall be provided complete all as specifiedand directed" and surface treated with PU epoxy primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesive of the coating, supply and applying single component waterproofing liquid membrane based on pure, polyurethane resin cold applied with spray, applied membrane with an elongation of 650% +50 and tensile strength not less than 2Mpa. No leakage up to five bars of water pressure. Shore hardness >70 shall be 2.00mm (overall) DFT (Dry Film Thickness) , in five layers (each layer minium 750 micron) or as per manufacturers instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 2.00mm DFT" PU membrane shall be UV resistant with SRI (sun reflective Index) of 98. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC Coving/ gola along vertical parapets of size 75mm x 75mm with cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm crushed stone aggregate) and mixing liquid WPC in mortar @ as per manufacturere instruction per bag of cement of 50 Kgcomplete all as specified and directed. (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only under appropriate item of schedule A BOQ)

M&L for PCC padding, 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof slab finishing the surface even and fair using liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatly as supply only under appropriate item of schedule 'A' BoQ.

M&L for cement slurry @ 1.2 kg/sqm spreading with bristle brush and rendering 15mm (average thickness) in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair mixing with Liquid water proofing compound 200 ML per 50 kg cement bag on roof surface complete all as specified and directed. Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separatly as supply only under appropriate item of schedule 'A' BoQ.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items with wire brush/rotary wire brush to make entire circumference surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc., complete and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebar and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove the rust spalls and Apply SBR based bonding agent to the entire concrete surface prior to building up of concrete with Polymer modified mortar or any other treatment , including cleaning the surface to remove dirt, dust or any other impurities on the surface, etc. complete in Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops and similar items complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Mode of measurement : per sqm of breaking area of concrete only.

Rebuilding the section of structural damaged RCC/PCC elements of Roof, Ceiling, Chajja, Fascia, Fins, Drops repair to spalling concrete to its original size and shape in layers of 10 mm average thickness in 1st layer by providing and applying with pre-batched, one component fiber based repair mortar having compressive strength >= 50 N/sqmm (28 days) according to ASTM C 109; flexural strength >= 5N/ sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 293-79 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
