Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Bidder shall pay Contract Management Module processing fees of 0.025% of the contact value (Min Rs.500/- & Max Rs.7500/-) soon after contract has been issued to bidder.

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

Tenderers are required to read the Bid Documents carefully before submission of their bid

Any discrepancies observed in the documents uploaded by the tenderer the tender shall liable to rejected.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt., orders as may be modified from time to time.

As per Karnataka State Government order No.LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore Dated 01.01.2007 and Government Letter No.PW/134/BMS/2007 Dated 27-07-2007, a sum amounting to 1%of the bill amount will be deducted towards Construction Labour Welfare fund.

The Tenderer shall scan Original Workdone certificates / Turnover Statements and any other documents specified by the employer and attach the scanned file to the Bid. The Original Documents shall be produced for physical verification within one week from the date of Technical bid opening

The Employer reserves the right to reject any or all Tenders without assigning any reason or what so ever.

The earnest money deposit will be forfeited if the documents submitted by the tenderer found to be misleading/forged or fake.

Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25

Bidder has to quote rates excluding GST, GST shall be paid separately for the applicable

All the Work done certificate uploaded should include E-procurement indent number.

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN No. to be furnished along with necessary documents.

Methodology for execution of work should be submitted during technical bid.

Only relevant documents should be submitted in e-procurement

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The Bidder In last 05 (2019-20 to 2023-24) years must have segregated and responsibly disposed in any single year of at least 4664.00 MT of Refuse Derived Fuel to Cement Industries or Waste to energy plants (25% of the total RDF quantity)

The bidder should have Satisfactorily completed at least one Remediation of Legacy Waste/processing of Municipal solid waste work of value not less than 279.79 lakhs (At least one work in the previous five years (2019-20 to 2023-24 In support of the above, work done certificate has to be duly certified by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

The Bidder should have successfully completed Remediation of Legacy Waste/processing of Municipal solid waste for 67840.00 MT quantity in any one year during last five years in the previous five years (2019-20 to 2023-24) (80% of the total estimated legacy waste quantity
