Rewinding of 135KW LT motor Labour Charges for rewinding of motor including,dismantling, cleaning,winding the stator coils,applying one coat of insulating varnish,replacement of both DE and NDE bearings and assembling including transportation charges. Less cost of retrieved copper to be retained by the firm.(NDE bearing will be supplied by TANGEDCO).
Charges for providing cast iron sleeves in both NDE&DE end shields for Rewinding of stator coil and dynamic balancing of rotor of 135 KW, 415V,3phase Kirloskar make motor.
Charges for releasing the motor from its bed lifting , lowering and transporting the motor to a convenient location,removing of coupling pulley refixing of coupling pulley after over hauling transporting the motor to its location lifting lowering the motor and placing in motor bed and erection of motor and including coupling alignment and coupling the motor with the compressor
