Erection of 11 Mtr double pole support with fixing of necessary clamps, Cross Bracing angle and other accessories like channel, insulator etc.(As per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor except 11 M Long ST Pole.

Erection of 11m long STP double pole with mounting of accessories like 11 Kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel should be done properly. All materials will be arranged by the contractor except 11 Mtr long STP.

Grouting of ST Pole, grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr. with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastering around the plinth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plinth should be done properly. (as per RESSPO) All material provided by contractor.

Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 20 mm dia and 2.54 Mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod. As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules.(All Material Provided by Contractor)

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by machine drilling method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms.

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by manual method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface with the help of sand, brick & patiya of road including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 33 KV cable provided by Contractor)

Laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by manual buggi method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 33 KV provided by Contractor)

Drilling in all horizontally to cross the road/parallel to road, 1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 33 KV.3x300 sq m.m XLPE cable in 8'' dia HDPE Pipe including cartage. All material proved by Contractor as HDPE Pipe except 33 KV Cable)

Fixing of jointing kit Heat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable. As per RESSPO and Electrical Safety rule) including jointing kit. (All material provided by contractor)

Installation of Sign board at site after completed of work Sign board size 3x4 feet with stand writing material and sign board design will be provided by department and sign board, stand and grouting materials provided by contractor. Sing board will be provided by contactor as per sample provided by department.

Photo and Videography of before and after of the work will be provided by the contractor in soft & hard colored copy ( size 8x10" album ) and soft copy video in minimum 1080 P quality in pen drive in 3 set.

LT/HT Line

Laying of 11 KV 3x70 sq mm XLPE cable by manual method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 900 mm from the surface of road with the help of sand, brick & patiya including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 11 KV XPLE Cable provided by Contractor)

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable by manual method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 900 mm from the surface of road with the help of sand, brick & patiya including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 11 KV XPLE Cable provided by Contractor)

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable by machine drill method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 900 mm from the surface of road including cartage. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All required material except 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE Cable provided by Contractor)

Laying of cable by manual method with the help of HDPE in all horizontally under the road, minimum900 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in 6'' dia HDPE Pipe including cartage. (HDPE pipe will be provided by contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

Drilling in all horizontally to cross the road, 900 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 11 KV.3x185 sq mm XLPE cable in 6'' dia HDPE Pipe. HDPE pipe and Fixing clamp will be provided by contractor.

Hoisting of 11 KV 3x185, 3x70 sq mm XLPE cable providing GI pipe of size 4” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with Channel, clamps, nut & bolts. (All materials will be provided by contractor except 11 KV,3X185, 3x70 sq mm cable)

Erection, Grouting earthing and painting of complete structure for Line and Bus Isolator and Installation of 33 KV Line/Bus Isolator with all fitting in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastering of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. (All Require material as like structure, isolator clamps nut and bolts etc and concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labor Line/Bus Structure with fitting will be provided by the contractor.)

Installation of 33 KV single/double transformer control panel & 33 KV line control panel in the switchgear room and grouting the panel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. Work includes fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with panel. Grouting material and all require material as control cable 2x2 sq mm and 2x4 sq mm will be provided by the Contractor. except 33 KV single/double transformer control panel.

Erection of 33 KV post Insulators with complete structure in Switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work includes Installation of 2X3 Nos. 33 KV Post Insulator on each structure complete as per schedule, grouting of Structure with 1st class brick ballast in the ratio of 1:3:6, plastering in the ratio of 1:3 on plinth size 0.90x0.45x0.45 Cum. The work is to be done strictly as per RESPO drawing. All the material like Structure, post Insulator clap, Cement, concrete material used for above work will be provided by the Contractor.

Earthing of 11 KV indoor equipments, switchgears as per RESPO Drawing. with G.I. Strip of Size 50x6 mm, provided by the Contractor.

Special earthing of lightening arrestor structure with 8 Nos. additional 40 mm dia 2.5 Mtr. Long G.I. pipe electrodes/rod by digging 3 Mtr. deep pits and connecting it with L.A. through G.I. Strip 35x6 mm welded at both ends. All the material Like G.I. pipe, G.I. strip shall be provided by the Contractor.(As per RESSPO)

Special earthing of T/F neutral by boring 2" dia 10 feet long G.I. pipe (for Chemical earthing) in the wet earth and connecting it with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip to T/F neutral giving half round turn at the T/F. Two separate earthing to be provided to T/F body by connecting it with earth mat by special earthing arrangement for earthing work. Material like strip of size 50x6/35x6 mm and G.I. pipe 2” dia 2.9 mm thick. All the material shall be provided by the contractor.(As per RESSPO)

Erection Cable Stand in Switchyard for 1 No 33 KV Incoming Source and 2 No for 11 KV Power Transformer secondary side outgoing side. Including grouting and Clamping of cable (Cable stand as per sample, Grouting Material and clamp and nut bolts provided by contractor)

Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminum paint, giving silver white finish, and painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. Paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself.

Installation of fire stand as per drawing for fire bucket with M.S. Angle Iron 50x50x6 mm with shed of M.S. sheet to cover the bucket and stand properly. All material required for this work like except M.S. Angle. 5 No. fire buckets with sand shall be provided by contractor.

Installation of 24 VOLT BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGER WITH CABNET in the switch gear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. Fixing of rag bolt. (battery & Charger provided by contractor)

Laying of 11 KV 3 x 300 Sqmm. XLPE power cable by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT and covering the cable from sides and top by laying bricks, finally covering the same by earth and leveling of the same, all the materials, except cable, will be provided by the contractor.

Erection of substation type 11 Meter long STP double pole with mounting of accessories like 11 Kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel. All materials will be arranged by the contractor except 11 Mtr. long STP.

Mounting of 100 Kva T/F on DP along with HT/LT connection with support DD wire, lugs, z clamp for 100 Kva T/f nut & bolt etc. ( all material provided by contractor except T/F)

Installation of 11 KV VCB in the switch gear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. Fixing of 11 KV switchgears rag bolt, mounting of P.T. on incoming.

Laying of 0.4 KV Alm. PVC 4x25sq mm. power cable from substation T/F to L.T. Distribution Board. Approx Length of cable 100 Mtr. All materials i.e. LT Cable, DB, LT Power Board etc will be arranged by the contractor.

Laying of following copper control cable form C.T. T/F to transformer control panel /protection Board. All control cable shall be supplied by the contractor.

Erection and Commissioning of lighting arrangement at six places on 9 Mtr. STP Pole with 110 watt LED, Cable, Switch board, MCB, Lamp and all other material like paint etc. Switching & wiring of light will be provided from control room. All materials will be arranged by the contractor except 9 Mtr long STP.

Construction of RMU foundation as Sample provided by Executive Engineer, TMKM 2024-25,ED-1, Prayagraj. All require material provided by contractor.

Special Chemical Earthing (Copper pipe 3 meter length 50 mm dia) of 33 KV RMU As per RESSPO and Electrical safety rules. (All Material Provided by Contractor)

Fixing of 33 KV touch proof cable termination kit for 33 KV RMU. As per RESSPO and Electrical Safety rule) including jointing kit. (All material provided by contractor)

Supply & Installation of 33 KV RMU & all connection with the help of 33 KV cable, cable jointing kit & other related works ie of RMU Panel etc in the switchyard and grouting the panel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. Work includes fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with panel. All require material (grouting material, control cable etc will be provided by the Contractor except 33 KV cable.
