Lifting the faulty 5 HP Submersible Pump set from the depth of about 228 Mtr along with 40 mm dia HDPE pipe & 3x4 Sqmm flat copper flexible cable using the motorized lifting vehicle including arranging necessary specialized T&P and manpower for lifting, including cutting the burnt ends of damaged cables etc as required.

Repairing & Servicing of the faulty 5 HP, 3Ph Submersible Pump set including general servicing, replacing gland packing kit, replacing worn out bearings and bushes, rubber gaskets, worn out impellers, greasing, rewinding the 5 HP motor with similar gauge superior quality enamelled copper winding wire of Class-F insulation and impregnation including dissembling the pump/motor and re-fixing the same, transportation to and from workshop after repairs, testing etc as required. Supplying & Laying of 3 Core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated PVC sheathed copper conductor Submersible cable including Laying the cable in the bore well along with existing riser pipes, including making necessary interconnections etc as required.

Lowering the repaired 5 HP Submersible pump set from the depth of about 228 Mtr along with 40 mm dia HDPE pipe using the motorized lifting vehicle including arranging necessary specialized T&P and manpower for lifting, including cutting the burnt ends of damaged cables etc as required.

Supplying and Fixing Submersible Pump Controller of up to 5 HP 415 volts, in sheet steel enclosure relay, dismantling the faulty unserviceable starter, connections with existing wires, testing and commissioning etc as required. (M/s Meeco/Gelco/Similar Superior Make)

Supplying and Fixing of pipe fittings/ accessories of 40mm dia horizontal Non-Return valve etc as required.
