Providing and laying in position, Standardised Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with above ( 5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing,curing, etc., and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirement of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).
Providing and Laying of Plain Cement concrete Design mix M.15 grade with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of coarse aggregate of 20mm and down graded to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating compacting and finishing the surface watering, curing for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and filling with sealant material in transverse contraction longidutinal joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints @ 3.20m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specification sand as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.
Providing and fixing Porous plug valve as per detailed drawing, earth work excavation with 0.45x0.45x0.45, filled with M-sand filling to depth of 0.15m at bottomand 0.10 x 0.25 at sides inner filled with 12mm to 40mm coarse aggregate mixed with 1/3 M-sand of size 0.30x0.30x0.30 and centre fixed with precast cylinderical porous plug of 75mm dia 300mm long with porous concrete CC 1: 0.4 the cost including earthwork excavation, filled M-sand & Metal and fixing charges etc complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
