Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of Stone Masonry in cement mortar walls under 3m high complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work

Removing the hardrock by wedging, chiseling and trimming to proper shape where blasting is prohibited and clearing away the debris with intial lead of 10m and intial lift of 2m, etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton hard red earth shales, murrams, gravel stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Extra for every additional 1 metre lift or part thereof over the initial Lift of Earthwork as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Drilling of holes of 40mm diameter size in the rock surface to the required depth spacing in a staggered manner , complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying of Plain Cement concrete of grade M.10 grade (Design mix) Using 40mm HBGS Jelly (well graded )confirming to IS specified grading (to produce concrete of the specified grading and characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 at 28 days) and mixing the ingredientsby the mixer machine including dewatering by bailing/ pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating compacting, and finishing the surface watering ,curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work

Providing Steel Centering for cement concrete block, column, footing, pedestal, plinthbeam, grade beam etc., which require nominal strutting etc., using MS sheets 10 gauge thick of size 90X60cm stiffened with MS angle of size 25mmX25mmX3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10cmX6.5cm spaced at 90cm C/C duly supported and removing the strutting after specified period without damaging the concrete laid etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge for without strutting.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for vertical / sloped surface as detailed below with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60cm and 10BG stiffened with welded mild steel angle of size (25x25x3)mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size (10x6.5)cm spaced at about 90cm C/C and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at not more than 75cm C/C etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(for retaining wall, abutment, pier etc).Scaffolding and centering charges for the structural components is including the cost and conveyance of all material to the site including all labour charges and incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fabrication of Steel required for all works involved in the schedule including cost of steel, cost of fabrication, labour charges for cleaning the rods straightening, cutting, bending, tying grills including overlapping to the required length wherever necessary and placing the reinforcement in position as specified in the drawings including cost of binding wire, provision of spacer bars, cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Reinforced Cement Concrete Design Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000,using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with above ( 5.0 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m) 5156kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing,curing, etc., and complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirement of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and Laying of Plain Cement concrete Design mix M.15 grade with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of coarse aggregate of 20mm and down graded to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating compacting and finishing the surface watering, curing for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Random Rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 (One Cement and Four MSand ) Using New stones available at sites including simultaneous pointing the exposed surface with the same mortar and all incidental charges such as bailing out water curing, finishing complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer in-charge of the work

Supplying and fixing in position of bitumen felt 15mm thick pad for expansion joints in Plain Cement Concrete and Reinforced Cement Concrete walls and slabs etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and filling with sealant material in expansion joints @ 30m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specification complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and filling with sealant material in transverse contraction longidutinal joint after thoroughly cleaning all the joints @ 3.20m c/c and finishing the surface to match with lining face with contractors own material as per technical specification sand as directed by the Engineer incharge of the work.

Providing and fixing Porous plug valve as per detailed drawing, earth work excavation with 0.45x0.45x0.45, filled with M-sand filling to depth of 0.15m at bottomand 0.10 x 0.25 at sides inner filled with 12mm to 40mm coarse aggregate mixed with 1/3 M-sand of size 0.30x0.30x0.30 and centre fixed with precast cylinderical porous plug of 75mm dia 300mm long with porous concrete CC 1: 0.4 the cost including earthwork excavation, filled M-sand & Metal and fixing charges etc complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.
