(A) OVERHEAD TANK: Note: The contractor shall make necessary arrangement for scaffolding to ensure safety of the labours. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and no extra shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc, and getting out in Hard rock by mechanical plant or chiesel , complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 2 above but exc 1.5m and n.exc 3m in depth, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 2 & 3: Hard rock shall become the property of contractor and recovery as per Sch of credit by volume of excavation directly shall be made from contractor accordingly.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm by using excavated soft/ disintegrated rocks, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Soft rock obtained vide Item No. 46 shall be re-used.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mmgraded stone aggregate) 50 mm thick as in floor, finishing surface even and smooth with using extra cement and spike rolling to surface or making impression of expanded metal whilst concrete is green, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Form work to side of concrete in fdns, footing base, base of columns, side and soffits of plinth beam and similar work with rough finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of internal concrete surface of overhead tank and applying two coats of NITOCOTE EP-405 epoxy resin coating of Fosroc as per CFTRI 21 CFR 175-300 or equivalent as approved by GE as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out Soft/disintegrated rock including Clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth , complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soft rock exec 50 mt and n exc 100 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

(B) PATHWAY: NOTE: EXCAVATION REQUIRED SHALL BE MEASURED UNDER RELEVENT ITEMS HEREIN BEFORE.

Material and labour for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm broken stone or boulders deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass-concrete , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floorings/pavement spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick complete including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with Grey cement and pigment , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in coping, complete all as specified and directed.

(C) FENCING AND GATE: NOTE : PCC FOUNDATION, RCC IN FOUNDATION & COLUMNS, REINFOREMENT, RF&R/ REMOVAL, PAINTING, PLASTER ETC MEASURED UNDER RELEVANT ITEMS HEREIN BEFORE.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in Hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each by using excavated soil in trenches after the cables/pipes have been laid and tested complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Form work to side of concrete in column for a fair finished surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Framed work such as grills, gratings and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding boltsetc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 in foundations, filling and mass-concrete (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum and and removing surpls soil to a distence not exceeding 50 mtr and making good surfaces in Hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggegate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel works as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting as in joist, channel, angle or tee section and MS flat fixed independently without connecting plate etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel round bars for 10 mm dia as in tie rods for fencing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel scerw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screw at other or screwed at both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 05 cm long, dia of shank 5 to10 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS chain link fencing size of mess 100X100 mm dia of wire 4mm and weight not less than 1.98 kg per square metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards rails, straining bolts, etc. Including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick with fly ash brick old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with CM 1:6 finished even and fair without using extra cement , complete all as specified and directed.

(D) DEMOLITION:

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for cement concrete(un-reinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials etc. (other than spoil) to a distance of 5.00 km outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

(E) SITE CLEARANCE AND LAND DEVELOPEMENT:

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard rocks by chieseling, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Hard rock shall become the property of contractor and recovery as per Sch of credit shall be made from contractor as per solid blocks as excavated i.e. area multiplied by average depth directly.

(F) EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY: NOTE: RF&R AND REMOVAL OF SOIL SHALL BE MEASURED UNDER RELEVANT ITEMS HERE IN BEFORE.

Supply and Fix Cast iron sluice valve of 150 mm dia PN 1.- complete with all fitting and accessorie , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Cast iron sluice valve of 80 mm dia PN 1.- complete with all fitting and accessorie , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cast iron bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) Tee pieces single branch, Y Junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collors, Cap and plug setc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/floor/inside sump GI pipes 80mm bore medium grade with & including ISI marked fittings as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/floor DI pipe 150,.rnm bore of class K-9 complete with flanged joint and all fitting accessories , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix FRP scale conventional water level indicator for overhead reservoir 60 ft /staging/UG sumps with float ,guide pipe bracket and pulley counter rate indicator pin etc for the overhead tank making functional as approved by GE, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of cast iron pipe mains 100mm bore for insertion of tees, collars, sluice valve, etc includind dewatering work as required for working water pipe Iines all as specified and directed

(G) EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL SERVICES: NOTE: EARTHWORK & PCC COPING REQUIRED SHALL BE MEASURED UNDER RELEVANT ITEMS HERE IN BEFORE.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of Cables,poles, stay pipes etc. and getting out of soil complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing in walls / poles or drawing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables ( heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 10 sq mm, 4 core including testing after laid and jointed , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethyl (HDPE) pipe of size 50mm outer diameter and 38mm inner diameter with IS 14930 (Part-2):2001, laid in trenches/floors and fixed on walls/poles, with and including necessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc., for laying of electric cables, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing thermoplastic cable junction boxes IP 55/IP65 with metric knockout for cable Each 2 entry of size 200 x 160 x98 mm fixing on pole with 30 x 5 mm MS clamps, nut bolts, washers, terminal block and glands suitable for 16 Sq mm core cable including 6 amps MCB SPN , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED street light luminaires of capcity 45 watts with pressure die cast aluminium, housing heat resistance toughened glass, IP 66 protection complete with driver, 1.2 mtrs suitable size GI bracket,1.5 sqmm 3 core multistranded copper wire for connection from street light fitting to junction box,fixing with 30x5 mm Flat Iron clamps nuts, bolts, washers and fixing accessories including taking down old unserviceable fitting, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 25 x 3 mm aluminium lighting protection earth strip fixed with porcelain/Fibre/ Bakelite insulator on wall/floor/roof/pole/OH tank or recess or chases as required , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Air termination, single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long complete with fixing arrangement on top of the 50 mm GI pipe , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex, head screw, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing for galvanised iron tubing 50 mm dia medium grade to be fixed on building for fixing air termination rod on top of building/roof with grouting in PCC including all fitting as required at site , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 12 watts twin LED avaition light luminaries with LED lamp, 2 watts, , IP 65 protected complete with all accessories and fixing arrangement, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Cat No. SLE AL 108 LDR SEN IP 65 of make Surya or equivalent in Bajaj or Crompton as approved.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steet earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 mtr. below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth strip of 32x6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washer of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing on completion including the following :- (a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil. (b) FCC c ceTent concrete 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (c) Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 reinforced with welded steel wire (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20mm nominal bore light grade and copper lugs etc all as specified. (e) 40 mm nominal bore meduim grade GI protection pipe for protection of earthing lead upto 7.5m long (f) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt (g) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion
