S&F 12 mm thick plain Gypsum Board false ceiling with GI frame including all necessary drilling cutting to fix electric items complete all as specified and directed with following:- (a) GI Grid channel 30x25x20 mm of 24 gauge fixed with rawl plug and screw 450 mm centre to centre alongwith perimeter walls. (b) GI channel made to shape 50x40x40 mm of 24 gauge placed @ 600 mm centre to centre from perimeter at wall except long wall (in one span). (c) GI intermediate runners of size 45x10x10 mm of 24 gauge fixed @ 1200 mm centre to centre leaving frame of one side walls (in other span). (d) GI sheet 25 mm wide and 20 mm gauge suspended fixed with steel fastner to roof ceiling and 1200 mm centre to centre including pluging of RCC Slab. (e) 12 mm thick gypsum board filling joints with POP and finishing complete with two coat of plastic emulsion paint over one coat of primer on ceiling.
