Construction of H. L. Bridge over Gobari Drainage Cut at Ch.15.750km on Salipur Chhatia road in the District of Cuttack for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Scarifying and removing the existing bituminous road surface to the required depth as per approved drawing and technical specifications and disposal of scarified materials within all lifts and lead upto 1000mtr. complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 305.4.3, 305.8, 305.9.5, 501.8.3.2, 501.8.7.2 and 501.8.8.1 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of 1st layer of emankment, scarified to a depth of 150mm mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in the table 300.2 for embankment construction as per approved drawing andtechnical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305, 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and excavation fro drain & foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table-300.2 with all lifts and leadsas per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and lead by mechanical means transporting to side by spreading, grading and compacting to meet requirement as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Granular Sub-base with Grading-VI stone screening materials spreading in uniform layer with Motor Grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density as per Table 400-1 as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing,laying, spreading and compacting Wet Mix Macadam using crushed stone aggregates specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site ,laying in uniform layers with graader in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 406 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base, including clearing road surface and spraying primer @0.60 kg / sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @0.20kg/sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501, 505 & 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
