Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other T &P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well waterd and rammed including cost conveyance and royalty etc. complete.

Providing & laying Concrete (1:3:6) grade with 40 mm down graded hard granite aggreagate from approved quality of approved quarry below concrete pavement including laying with all cost , conveyance, octrai, tollage, royalty, machinaries, labour & T&P including curing etc,. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing & laying Concrete (1:2:4) grade with12 mm down graded hard granite aggreagate from approved quality of approved quarry below concrete pavement including laying with all cost , conveyance, octrai, tollage, royalty, machinaries, labour & T&P including curing etc,. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. including 1 % cess. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering two coat over the including cost of distemper cost conveyance and all taxes of all materials and labor with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats of approved paints of over a coat of primming in 1st coat including all cost of labour ,cost material etc cost conveyence royality and taxes of all materials required for the works etc complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - Charge.

Supplying Fitting, fixing up fully glazed aluminium framed window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P excluding cost of glass etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing, Fitting & Fixing of 8 mm. to 12mm. thick Vitrified Tile ( of size 600m.m x 600 m.m ) or equivalent make of printed series confirming to IS specifications having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg/sq.cm in flooring in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar(1:4) to proper slope, line and level including cutting to required size and shape, fixing at corners and splays etc. including filling the joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of Vitrified Tile as per the design & drawing including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P, sundries, watering & curing etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fixing tiles in dados skirting and in rises of steps on 12mm thick bed of cement plaster (1:3) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including and polising including cost of tiles.

Providing, fitting and fixing Steel Angle Iron window frame with M.S grill manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mmx 40 mmx 6 mm cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tailed hold fasts made out of M.S. flats of size 200 mm x 50 mm x 30 mmx 5 mm thick at the rate of 4 nos per frame with M.S hinges of size 75 mm & 14 SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos for each single leaf shutter tower bolt ring & m.s grill made of 19 mm x 5 mm flat properly welded to the window frame with one coat of anticorrosive red oxide zinc chrome primer including 1% cess as per direction of Engineer in charge.
