ANNEXURE ITEMS: Any additional item wherever required will be from the APWD Schedule of Rates for the Building (Miscelleneous works, Dismentaling works, Civil, Sanitary, Water Supply and other Internal & External electrical Works, ) for 2013-14. Rates to be quoted at par or on flat percentage basis above / below the APWD S.O.R. and maximum estimated provision for additional items is Rs.3,05,446.00 (Rupees three lakh five thousand four hundred forty six) only
