Note For Item No. 2.00 & 3.00 here-in-after:- After opening of Financial Bid, if it is found out that quoted rates are below the existing minimum labour wages rates of semi-skilled labour (inclusive reliever to operator as per labour act) as prescribed by the Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF , ESI, Bonus, GST, Labour welfare cess etc as applicable, than Accepting officer at his sole discretion, has the rights to reject the quoted bid and the same shall be treated as “Non-Bonafide”. In such case the lowest tender shall be determined by lowest amount amongst valid bonafide bids for acceptance. Pl ref Note 53 on Page 17

Sch 'A' Sec-I

Manning & operation of 02 Nos air conditioning plants (Make : Carrier) installed at MSL Shed No-03 and 04, of capacity 3 x 80 TR (02 Working and 01 stand by) with one Refrigeration Mechanic in each shift for 03 shifts of 8 hours per day every month, continuous operation including Sunday and Holiday during Summer/ Monsoon/ Winter including AHUs and other related equipment such as water cooled chilled water plant with compressors with microprocessor controller ,Chilled water pumps with motors, Condenser water pumps with motors, Variable frequency drives for pumps with total controls ,chilled, condenser and hot water piping with butter fly valves, balancing valves, check valves, NRV, ‘Y’ strainers, Air separator, pressure gauge, thermometer, water flow switch, ball valves, GI ducting with insulation & dampers, Aluminium powder coated diffusers / Grills ,Cables, Cable trays, and earthing strip, fuses etc. for smooth and efficient performance of AC plant to achieve desired temperature condition at Kanasar including checking of voltage, frequency, power factor etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for item No 2 :- Following items/ activities are inclusive in unit rate quoted by the contractor against item No. 2 here-in-before (a). Timing of shifts shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(b) General cleaning of AC plant bldg, cleaning of plant, machinery, LT panels, AHUs including cleaning and washing of AHU filters in every 15 days on the regular basis, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (c) Cost of Perishable & petty items such as gland dori, oiling/greasing to moving parts of pumps and motors, Fan belt of AHU, Nuts and bolts of AHU pulley, lathe machine work for pulley/shaft of AHU, PVC insulation tape wherever required and cost of broom sticks, cotton waste dhoties etc for cleaning of machinery, LT panels, pumps etc for installations (d) Log sheets for AC Plant, etc for daily running records in booklet form for a calendar month complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge and as per approved sample. (e) AC operator should be qualified and experience as mentioned in Particular Specifications. (f) Necessary tools and plants required for efficient maintenance of AC Plants including required minor stores shall be provided by the contractor. (g) Uniform (Pants & Shirt) and electric shock proof shoes (two times in the year) as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (h) The contractor shall install biometric attendance machine at installation and attendance record be maintained. All the payments to be released by the contractor as per biometric record through e-payments / digital payments.

Manning and operation of DG Set for standby electricity with one FGM in each shift of eight hours for three shift round the clock (Timing of shifts shall be as per requirement) for operating of DG Sets of capacity 625 KVA installed for A/C plants MSL Shed No 03 & 04 at Kanasar including cleaning of installation and equipment properly to keep dust free all the time all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

NOTES :-(For Sch ‘A’ item No 3) (a) The DG Sets shall run only in case of failure of electricity. (b) DHPP will be issued by the department under Sch `B' free of cost for running of DG Sets only at 27 FAD Kanasar MES store. (c) Timing of shifts shall be as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (d) If any loss/damage takes place during operation of DG Sets the same shall be made good by the contractor and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in rates quoted by tenderer. (e) FGM should be qualified and experienced as mentioned in Particular Specifications.

(f) Rates quoted by tenderer against item No. 3 here-in-before is deemed to include following: -(i) General cleaning of DG Set rooms with cleaning of plants machinery, LT Panels, DG Sets, filter battery terminals.(ii) Cost of log sheets for DG Sets for daily running records in booklet form for a day complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and as per Appendix ‘A’ here-in-after.(iii) Perishable & petty items such as oiling/greasing to moving parts generators, PVC insulation tapes wherever required and cost of broom sticks, cotton waste, dhoties etc for cleaning of machinery, LT panels, DG sets etc for installation (iv) Carry the diesel from MT yard of GE (P) Kanasar, Bikaner to installations as per requirement by the contractor at his own arrangement. (v) Necessary tools and plants required for efficient maintenance of AC Plants including required minor stores (vi) Cost of Uniform (Pant & Shirt ) and electric shock proof shoes (two times in the year) approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (h) The contractor shall install biometric attendance machine at installation and attendance record be maintained. All the payments to be released by the contractor as per biometric record through e-payments / digital payments.

Sch 'A' Sec-II

M & L for maintenance, periodical inspection (Once in six months), servicing/ repair of Air conditioning plants (03x80 TR) 02 Nos water cooled chiller (02 Working and 01 standby) Make: Carrier installed at 27 FAD Kanasar, by OEM services professional and calibration of all the sensor, gauges connected, for smooth and efficient functioning all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of unserviceable monoblock pump set, with motor 3 phase 415 volts, 10 HP at 2880 RPM suitable for monoblock pump, strip opening and taking out or rotor carefully cleaning of rotor and stator, taking out burnt stator winding without damage to stator body, rewinding the electric motor by super enameled copper conductor (Wire) including providing insulating Mika Paper in stator slots, PVC sleeves varnish the winding complete, assembling the motor including replacement of studs with nuts, testing of motor winding and motor for full RPM and full discharge water after coupling with pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Dismantling and strip opening of unserviceable monoblock pump set cap 10 HP/ 7.5 HP segregating of serviceable/unserviceable parts cleaning of serviceable parts, assemble pump carefully including replacement of worn-out parts grinding and polishing of shaft for fixing of bushes necking bushes nut and bolts etc. Making proper size of keys for fixing of impeller etc, getting coupled to the pump with motor, testing for rated discharge of water including transportation to the site for installing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M & L replacement of PLC mother board card for 80 TR AC Plant Model RC2 470A Make Voltas all as per existing specifications and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for De-scaling (3 x 80 TR Condenser) 02 Nos Central AC plant cleaning of chocked pipe water circulating lines including service valves ,condenser (Heat Exchanger) to cooling tower ,circulating concentrated de-scaling solution (Concentrated hydrochloric acid ) mixed with water in suitable proportion till the complete deposited/scale is removed or 24 hours whichever is later & as ordered , Circulating through pump, servicing of valves, cooling tower, water spray assemble ,cleaning with suitable size of drill rod ,wire brush including dismantling and connection all dismantled components in proper position after servicing/overhauling etc replacement of packing gasket 3mm thick ,Nuts, Bolts with washer, testing of water line for leakage, complete .The condenser unit including Civil work in both side of AC plant room wall and cutting of water pipe line and fixing valve/ flanged with dummy plate, cleaning of condenser pipe line for smooth functioning of other two units all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Charging of nitrogen gas from cylinder to condenser unit including transportation all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for painting of MS pipe line size 100 mm to 150mm of AC plant with approved stove enameled gray paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete as directed by Eng-in- Charge.

Material & labour for overhauling and rewinding of 80 TR screw compressor from authorised service station including the following works:- (a) Disconnecting of defective compressor from base including removing the suction valve, discharge valve/liquid injection valve, vapour injection line, oil valve, refrigerant piping. Make- Voltas Model No: RC2-470A (b) Defective compressor- loading/unloading from base to ground and lifting/shifting/loading of compressor in vehicle and transportation from site to authorised Work shop for repair/rewinding of compressor with super quality copper conductor of suitable size including papering, varnishing etc complete. (c) After repairing of compressor-collecting of compressor, local transport, loading of compressor in vehicle and transportation from workshop to site, unloading of compressor from veh to ground, lifting/shifting of compressor in plant room, loading of compressor ground to compressor base. (d) Fixing of compressor on base, fixing of the suction valve, discharge valve, NRC, liquid line injection valve, vapor injection valve, oil & refrigerant piping connections etc complete

M & L for execution of the following works :- (a) Pressure testing, leakage testing in all system and rectification of leakage, if any. (b) Dismantling and removing of chiller, both side end, and MS pipe line and again taking the leak test of the chillers tubes after fixing the cork and repairing of leak tube through dead plug. (c) Taking the hydraulic test of the chiller and taking the leak test of the tube after fixing the blanks in the chiller (d) Cleaning/flushing the chillers shell with CTC chemical, cleaning/flushing the condenser shell with CTC chemical, flushing the system of suction, discharge, liquid line, oil separator tank, NRV by using nitrogen and CTC chemical. (e) Vaccumising/dehydration of the system upto 10 days with cold trap/ice/salt complete. (f) Pressure testing in the system, taking/ rectifying the leaks and holding the pressure including of nitrogen gas cylinder, vaccumising the system and holding of 24 Hrs, break the vaccum with R-134 and revaccum the system (g) Servicing of electrical panel, compressor, contactor, checked and set right, control wiring/inter locking, safety controls complete. Any material / item not covered in this item but required for smooth functioning is inclusive in unit rate quoted against this items)

Supply and laying in replacement of MS Pipes heavy grade with all fittings laid in floors or fixed to walls and ceilings etc of sizes 150mm bore all as specified.

Material and labour for providing insulation to Chiller pumps, ducting and pipes with suitable insulating material complete as directed by Eng-in- Charge

Sch 'A' Sec-III

M & L for general check up & preventive maintenance and to fill up preventive check up schedule and B Check Services by Authorised OEM Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , Check & clean air cleaner , change air cleaner elements, Check coolant level & make up the same ,Drain the Fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/Distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the u/s brass Connectors for batteries , Cleaning of Battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors , changing of V-belts, changing hoses and clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, Checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for Satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load & record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure, oil temp. , Coolant temp. Voltage, frequency, load current , Battery charging , fuel consumption etc. as directed by the Engr in charge for 625 KVA DG Set .

Dismantling the self starter 24 Volts DC of DG sets and transporting to work shop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares including pinion, reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any material spares parts, item not mentioned above but required for smooth functioning is inclusive in unit rate quoted against this item.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size in 2 metre length each soldered with 02 Nos gun metal battery terminals suitable or 180 AH and 240 Volts DC supply

Dismantling rubber coupling of DG set and supply and fixing in replacement of rubber coupling for DG set of capacity 625 KVA including testing and commissioning complete

Supply only distilled water in one liter container

Supply only sulphuric acid for lead acid battery in one liter container

Supply and fixing in replacement of on load changeover of capacity of 800 Amps 440 Volts three phases with natural including thimbles nut bolts etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Repair of panel board of DG Set including suitable PVC insulated copper wire, indicator lamps, frequency meter, volt meter, amp meter etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling the alternator 24 Volt DC of DG sets and transporting to workshop for carrying out overhauling by replacing all unserviceable spares, reassembling and refixing the same to DG sets and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any material, item not mentioned above but required for smooth functioning is inclusive in unit rate quoted against this item

Supply and installed in replacement of battery 24 volts 180 AH including initial charge and connected DC cable thimble nut, bolts etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Exide / Amco / Microtex / Amron / Sukam / Okaya

Repairing radiator for 625 KVA DG set including dismantling from chasses and taking to the workshop for necessary welding / brazing ,cleaning work etc including testing for leakage if any , steam washing the radiator and refixing on the chasses complete all as specified

Supply ,laying in trenches, jointing & testing in replacement of unserviceable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power LT cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Excavation, Earthwork, sand cushioning, Brick protection shall be measured and paid separately).

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5m wide and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of cables all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge..

Returning and filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil and making mounts of surplus soil all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified

Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with local tibba dry sand ( one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable all as specified. Notes: - (i) Approved local tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured
