PETTY REPAIRS AND DAY TO DAY COMPLAINTS OF OTM AND MD ACCN AT SS VIHAR, ASSEY LINE, RAINA PARK, SJ VIHAR AND SOLANKI LINE UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE (EAST) JALANDHAR CANTT

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) , complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including Rcking out joints hacking to key scrubbing down with water etc up to 4 th story, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L rendering on concrete/brick surfaces 15mm thick in CM 1:4 (externally) finished even and fair without using extra cement including water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed. (Water proofing compound should be paid seperately) .

"Supply only" of integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint, , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces of walls including cornices pilasters etc and applying two coat of oil Emulsion Distemper (OBD) over a coat of priming surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling including cornices pilasters etc.and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Prepration of old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices pilasters etc (plastered or unplastered surfaces),washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface and applying one coat of oil Emulsion Distemper (OBD) , complete all as specified and as directed.
