Dismantling of structural steel of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified

S & F for hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 16 to 20mm (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works including ornamental and intricate design conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing of new of previously untreated steel surface of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth applyig two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) Type B1 1:2:4 20 mm graded aggregate in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L formwork for fair finished square, rectangular formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions flat on plan completed all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed withearth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.
