Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level).complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation for laying interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Plain Cement Concrete1:3:6 type C2, (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in sub base floor surface complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment in paths and hardstanding laid tightly over dry sand cushion (compacted) and joint filled with dry sand(colour and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand will be measured and paid separatly).

M& L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment in paths and hardstanding laid tightly over dry sand cushion (compacted) and joint filled with dry sand(colour and pattern as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Sand will be measured and paid separatly).

Demolition of brick workk masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6m means radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement Concrete1:3:6 type C-2, (40mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels and drains including waste of form work where necessary , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing, plain cement concrete1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggreate) as in coping etc similar work including waste of form work where necessary , complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work/concrete surface in CM (1:4) surface finished fair and even , complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix over evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 05 kg per 10 sqm of road surface , rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient , rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 12 ton complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen any penetration VG-30 with using binder content 4% by weight of total mix rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 12 ton, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing of black top road surface removing dust ,dirt grease and other foreign maerials etc to receive the marking and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road making paint (white or yellow shade ) not less than 2 mm thick in marking strips, straight line, zebra crossing and stop line, arrow,dashes and letter exceeding 10cm in with applied hot using application unit and retro reflective glass beads,@250 to 300 gm/sqm to with stand vehicular traffic load, material shall be conforming to BS-3262(part-I) 1989 read in conjunction with the MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification ,8034 vol-III as laid down in the specification for road and bright work third revision etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface ,complete all as specified and directed.
