Earth work Excavation for Foundation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and refilling the sides of foundation in sand,silt or other loose soil wet sand and silt not under water, ordinary earth as per SS20B.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Filling in Basement with conveyed Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling M sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel (Below)

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.(MS rod or RTS bar will be supplied departmentally at section stores and cost will be recoverd at issue rate). the binding wire shall supplied by the contactor.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply ing and appl ying of two coats of Putty of 3 mm thick over the exposed RCCsurface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and thesurface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then beallowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. Tt shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasivesheet) to give a smooth and even s urface. Any uneven ness shall be made good byapplying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat 1 of putty lter 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and thensand papering (waterproof a bra sive s heet) th e same arte r it is dry and finishing thcsurfa ce sm oot hIy, «tc.,

Plastering with cm 1 : 5, 12 mm thick in all exposed faces including curing etc, complete complying with standard specification and as directed

Paving floor with Anti skid tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The Glazed tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Paving floor with Vitrified tiles of any colour and any size laid in CM 1:3, 10mm thick. and pointing with white cement 0.4 Kg per sqm mixed with colouring pigment to siut the colour of the tiles including finishing the joints neatly complying with the standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The tiles should be got approved from the Departmental officers before execution.

Weathering course concrete using best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm in pure slacked lime over the RCC roof slab in th proportion of brick jelly to lime being32:12.5 by the volume and laid over a single layer and consolidated to the required dsesign & finished thick. beating the concrete with wooden beaters of approved pattern, keeping the surface contantly wetted with sprinking lime & jaggery water as per standard specifications etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, Red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Provideing and laying Tactile Flooring in the specified area including cost and conveyance of all materials including all labour charges etc complete.

Providing granolithic floor finish of the following thickness with plain cement concrete 1:2:4 (One Cement, Two crushed stone M.Sand and Four aggregate) using 10 to 12mm gauge hard broken stone jelly including laying, finishing and the top rubbed smooth with power trawl, thread lining, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers)
