Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within.all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts. All works upto plinth level and mass concrete.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all completeper direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (Item 10.25) per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level and above plinth per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing MS BP sheet 2.00 mm thick in eves board /facia/ soffits/ ceiling including cutting fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge ( base members of steel work shall be measured and paid seperately)per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) thick per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing UPVC casement window profile specfication :-outer frame work 12601 (70mmx64mm), Sash-12617 (70mmx70mm) Z section Mullions- 3086 (70mmx50mm), coupling -12358 (70mm) including shutters with chamber thicknes 1.20 to 2.00 mm and 6mm+12mm + 6mm DGU toughned Glass gap filled with argon Gas fixed with thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) gasket including Zinc alloy casement handle, Friction stay/2D hinges/butt hinges, espag multipoint locking system, locking strickers completeper direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ESS-ESS Railing of 40mmx40mm size with 1.50 mm thick frame top and bottom section 75x25mm and 1.5mm thick heavy grade superior type pipe fixing with necessary screws, hinges, and locking arrangment complete in all respect upto all floors levels complete per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm)within.all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform .

Providing and Fixing PVC Led ligthed Alphbets "DDUZH" size suitable with bridge window or above it as per design including all taxes, carriage complete per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing ACP sheet 4mm thick panel in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) partitions with 12mm thick Particle board bwp phenol bonded exterior/ interior grade both sides as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required per direction of the Engineer - in - charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete. Ridges plain (500 - 600mm) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing scaffolding for all kind of works in multistorey buildings up to all height with Bamboo complete tied with rope on joints and pedistal of CGI Sheet etc. in all respect (Face area of scafolding up to top pedestal height shall be measured and paid for) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.
