M&L for Repair to potholes depth of pot holes exc 30 mm, not exc 1Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam (design mix) with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 4% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. M&L of new/ old black top surface road surface and applying one coat of retro reflective thermoplastic road marking paint 2 mm thick for longer durability with 8% glass beads using special applicator machine with heating arrangement upto 160 degree celcius. Paint material shall be conforming to Ministry of surface transport (MOST) specification 803.4 Vol - I as laid down in specification of road / bridge work "third revision" after cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye alunimum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IS) of size 125mm x 125mm of high efficiency monocrystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 MCD complete all as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having micro cube corner spark glow reflector white/ red/ yellow on side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F retro reflective sign board of size 120cm x 90cm or 90cm x 120cm (not exc 12 Sqft), rectangular or pentagonal shape, fixed both sides on board made out of aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 3mm thick fixed on SS-304 series hollow tubular section, 38mm dia 2 mm thick. A 20 mm square tube of 1.25 mm thick of SS series 304 (not exc 450mm c/c) to be fixed on both ways to support the ACP boards. The board shall be sheated with high intensity retor reflective sheet of blue colour or any colour as approved by GE, computerised designed writting letter/figures in (Block, Roman, Italic style or in Indian languages where required)/ index hands (natural size)/ arrows/ stops/ commas/ short lines/ dashes/ hypens bracket, holograms etc where necessary shall be made high intensity reflective sheet with in white colour letter, shape and sizes as required and approved by GE. The sigh board to be supported on 2 nos post of 60mm dia and 2.5 mm to 3.0 mm thick SS pipes of SS 304 series, exc 3 m and not exc 4 m in heigh with round moulded design cap on top. Pipes of the boards to be fixed in ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in post holes of size 45cm x 45cm x 75 cm depth (post holes and concrete includes in the rates) all as specified and directed by GE.

S&F in repair all directional retro-reflective ROUND delineator SHORT made out of 16 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 47 mm and of length 600mm. Delineator stove enamelled and baked to 120 degree celcius or powder coated. Delineator to have 200 mm wide reflective band of colour white and red. Reflective bands protected with welded wire mesh cage embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate (size of block 30 cm x 30 cm x 30 cm), complete all as specified and directed.

Solar road delineator with 6 LEDs of red/yellow colour housed in plastic body with LEDs, solar-cells, battery and light sensor well protected in polycarbonate sheet; device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage, equipped with solar system mounted over 47mm dia of 16 gauge wall thickness CRC steel tube powder coated of total height 1000mm having sheet foot for firm grip to base. Delineator to have additional reflective bands equipped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge of 8-10 hours, including excavation in any strata and embedding in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 of size 30cm x 30cm x 40cm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of ABS materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process of size 350mm lenth and width of 263mm with working width of 250mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200gm for each peace, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes: The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
