Dismantling Bituminous felt work in floor and roofs including stacking material within 50 metres lead including cost of all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying APP (atactic Polypropylene Polmer) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen promer for bitumen membrane at the rate of 0.40 litre per sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 degree C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg per litre and viscosity 70 to 160 cps, Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete,The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 oC as 650,450N,5cmTear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300,250N Softening point of membrane not less than 150 oC Cold flexibility shall be up to 2 oC wgeb tested in accordance with ASTM, D 5147,The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane 3mm thick including cost of all materials, labour, tools and tackles etc. complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.m. including cutting the patches in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering (1ratio4) the surface of the walls complete shade including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and tackles, disposal of rubbish to the dump yard with in 50 m lead including all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead including cost of all materials, labours, tools and tackles etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
