M&L for servicing of window air conditioner 1 / 1.5 / 2 TR at various locations complete by cleaning/ filter/ condenser/ evaporator section with spraying water jet, and brushing, removing of dust/ dirt from air conditioner all over, check all electric connections, checking any leakage by applying soap solution on joints and liquid/ vapour lines properly. Cheking of functioning of spares of air conditioners and replacing the defective parts and supply under relevant item of schedule & rectifying the defects and put the air conditioners into operation complete all as specified and directed. Notes- (i) Spares shall be measured and paid saperately under relevent item of BOQ. (ii) As the nature of work is of daily maintanace of air conditioners, contractor should deploy adequate trained technicians with helpers as intimated by Engineer-in- charge to rectify the complaint within 48 hours of receipt of complaint failing which penalty of Rs 1500 per complaint per Day till the rectification shall be charged from the contractor. (iii) Contractor should make own arrangement for transportation of Air conditioners from site to workshop and workshop to site.

M&L for servicing of indoor and outdoor units of split type AC of capacity 1.5 / 2 TR at various locations by cleaning of filters, indoor cooling coil, condenser coil with sparying water and brushing, removing of dust, dirt from air condtioners all over check all electric connections, checking any leakage by applying soap solution on joints and liquid / vapour lines properly. Cheking of functioning of spares of air conditioners and replacing the defective parts and supply under relevant item of schedule & rectifying the defects and put the air conditioners into operation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.00 above but tower AC of capacity 3.5 TR.

M&L transportaion of air conditioner from site to work shop for detecting leakage from the close circuit of window air conditioner 1 / 1.5 / 2.0 TR capacity, rectifying the leakage by breezing of copper rod using by butane gas flame, vaccuming the system after rectification of leakage, charging nitrozen and holding the pressure not less than 24 hours & refixing back to its original position at site complete all as specified and directed. (Cost of brazzing rod, butane gas cartridge and nitrogen shall be included in the quoted rates).

M&L for detecting leakage from the close circuit of Tower air conditioner of capacity 3.5 TR rectifying the leakage by breezing of copper rod using by butane gas flame, vaccuming the system after rectification of leakage charging nitrozen and holding the pressure not less than 24 hours & refixing back to its original position at site complete all as specified and directed. Note for Sr Item No. 35 to 38: (Detecting leakage at one point shall be measured as one and vice versa)

M&L for charging of refrigerent R-22 in window / split AC of capacity 1 / 1.5 / 2.0 / 3.5 TR capacity after detection and rectification of leakage under relevant item No. 35,36, 37 & 38 of schedule and testing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 39 above but charging of refrigerent R-410.

Supply only refrigerent R-22 gas suitable for split/ window type air conditioner in empty cylinder at AGE E/M-III storeyard complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Empty cylinder will be provided by the department for filling up refrigerent. (ii) Refrigerent purchase voucher should be provided by the contractor. (iii) The refrigerent shall be taken on ledger charge with receipt voucher and issued as per requirement complete all as specified and directed.
