Widening and Strengthening of NH-91 to Sikandrabad Aabadi Bhag Road (ODR) from Km 1 to 5

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading intippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. as per MORT&H Specification Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50 M.in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20 cm. layers including remming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 M. lift and 30 M. lead 4 km. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with-in 30 M. distance as per technical Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH specification complete work as per technical specification Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per MORTH specification complete work as per technical specification Including cost of all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density (With OPC 1% by Weight of Mix and 3.5% Emulsion SS-1 by weight of mix) ETA as per MORTH specification clause complete as per technical specification Including cost of emulsion ,opc cement all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical Specification as per MORTH specification clause complete in all respects completed as per technical specification Including cost of bitumen all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading-2, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification complete work as per technical specification Including cost of bitumen all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminious surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per technical Specification Clause complete in all respects completed as per technical specification Including cost of bitumen all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-40) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete as per technical specification Including cost of bitumen all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.

Providing and laying of Interlocking Concrete Block (Compressive strength more than 30 Mpa) Pavements having thickness 80 mm as per Drawing & Technical Specification Clause 1504.complete as per MORTH specification complete work as per technical specification Including cost of bitumen all material, labour, T&P, royalty, labour cess, all taxes complete, but excluding cost GST.
